Location was good, city center, train and tram station in walking distance. Rooms were cosy, clean and well designed.

Bed was quite soft that might be relevant for some people. There was no hot water on both mornings we spent there. The hotel was informed yet problem remained.

Nice and comfortable stay in Duisburg. The hotel is in a quite area with a short distance to the station. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The room had very bad sound insulation, there was no hot water for the first two days, but was later fixed when i talk to staff. There was no wardrobe or drawers in the room.The cleanliness of the room could also be much better.

The hotel is NOTHING like the pictures. The room I was in was dirty, the curtains over the bed had some debris/dust over them and they fell directly over the pillow whenever you touched them. The bathroom was extremely small and unpractical, the curtain of the shower was stained. It states there's free parking but when we arrived, one of the hotel hosts had to move his car (that was on PUBLIC parking space in the area) in order to allow us to park nearby. Because theirs was full (but you can't reserve the spot in advance). In our corridor there were some empty bottles+a tray on the ground. And it ALL SMELLED BAD. No one moved it since we arrived. Do not recommend.

Smells cats everywhere in the hotel🤢. Very loud, I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbours were doing. Awful bed. Poor shower, it's impossible not to make floor wet. Rooms in the pictures were much better. They gave me a bottle of water without even anything to open it😅

Very nicely renovated rooms, good beds.

Restaurant closed at 9pm instead of 10pm as we were told. Fortunately, nice square with restaurants 5 minute walk away
