Lovely hotel. I come here each yeah and its quiet and calm. I love the park nearby, the hotelsuites, the staff. Everyone is very nice. Thank you so much for the lovely stay again!
I know the prices are rising, so maybe this is unneccesary to say but the price of the breakfast is pretty high. It looks good though. Don't get me wrong.

Dinner was excellent, the waiter was wonderful. Great service. Clean, well-situated room. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was not good. The only lady that was working there was unfriendly, and was more into talking with her friends/ family that were there, rather than taking care of guests. The omelet bar looked like it was set up and ready, but when we asked if we could have an omelette made, we were told no. Its too bad that the breakfast experience was not good, as everything else was excellent.

The hotel is a bit dated (90ies style), but all in all in good condition. From what we saw one of the prettier places in Mönchengladbach. Location is good right next to a park and 10-15min from train station. Dinner was delicious. The room was very spacious and clean (the carpet is a bit worn, but we have seen worse). Staff in the dining room was so nice and friendly(!)
Nothing in particular, but it is overall a bit dated. They told us, they used to have a swimming pool, but unfortunately not anymore.

The rooms are nice (we stayed in one of the suites). The personnel friendly and it was a nice environment for our puppy dog (the park is just 25 meters from the hotel). The breakfast buffet contains all you can ask for.
The price is a bit high, but then again the rest is very positive.

reception service was not really customer oriented. my room heating was not working and it took 1 hour and 4 unpleasant calls to have someone on my room to fix it. The technician was friendly and brought me a plug-in heater because he could not fix it

The location is perfect we have stayed at the hotel previously several times over the years, going back a long way in time, when it was "The Dorint".
When we arrived we were allocated a room, which hadn't been cleaned by the housekeeping team, we went to the reception and another room was allocated, which was clean thankfully. When we made a drink we noticed that the housekeeping team had not left any milk in the room I went to reception requesting some and was advised to see the restaurant team, when I explained my problem (in mixed english?german) the waiter appeared with a carton of milk decanted it into a glass and then tried to charge me 2 euros?? I was confused went to the reception and refused to pay. The waiter and manager eventually sorted the problem and handed over some small milk containers. This would have been necessary if housekeeping had left some in the room and a better level of english understanding had been available.
