Per la prima volta in tutta la mia vita, ho prenotato una camera, ho ricevuto conferma, sono arrivata in struttura per poi scoprire che l'albergo era in overbooking e non aveva disponibilità di farci soggiornare, nonostante avessi ricevuto conferma di prenotazione da booking. Nessuna offerta di trovare una soluzione, soltanto un "non so cosa dirle" come risposta. Pertanto, alle 00:30 ho dovuto preoccuparmi di trovare un'altra struttura che potesse ospitarci, con tutte le difficoltà del caso. Se questa è la professionalità di cui si fanno fregio, forse sarebbe auspicabile cambiare professione.

Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff, especially at the reception, were very helpful and kind. The hotel was on a very quiet and pleasant street but about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. It was a very pleasant hotel experience in every sense.

We were put in a room which was very small and the lift was actually inside the room. The bathroom was also very small so we asked to move and the receptionist managed to accommodate us and we moved to a slightly bigger room. This was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable.

The room was very small and the bathroom and shower was also very small. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the guests next door.

The breakfast was really good, we were well received by the staff, the room was cozy (although it was small) and the bed very confortable.

The room is smaller than the pics represent. If you have a lot of luggage, there is no space to open them properly. The bathroom is very very small. There was no toilet paper (we had to use the bidet)

Excellent location close to the city center, parking right in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

The room was very small, in particular the bathroom. The room (on the 4th floor) was next to the elevator, which was very noisy.

Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room was SO small, no room for cases and hard to move around - not ideal for 2 people. The air-con didn’t work so it was very hot and stuffy. The walls were so thin you could hear everything that the next room was doing.

Cute little balcony. Bathroom had great water pressure and reasonably large. They had a wonderful breakfast and the staff was more than happy to get us taxis for our stay. They also provided us with a special pass to park our rental car as parking was basically non existent.

Parking was very limited.

very friendly and kind staff. clean rooms. Had a small issue with the bathroom in our room, but it was fixed fast and we were offered different options to accommodate us.

My train was late in the evening and I needed to store the baggage close to the station, they offered to leave the bags in a sister hotel very close to the station ❤️

The room furniture needs a little maintenance. The maid of the floor was working pretty noisily from the very morning.
