Realmente bueno. Tranquilo y bien diseñado, respetando unos magníficos pinos en el entorno de la piscina. La ubicación buena con el pequeño puerto y playa de Cabopino a cuatro minutos en coche.

La escalera de comunicación entre las dos plantas, peligrosa. Carece de algún elemento de apoyo o sujeccion.

Plašs numurs divos stāvos. Pirmajā stāvā viesistaba ar terasi, virtuvi un ar netīru un stipri nolietotu dīvānu. Otrajā stāvā guļamistaba ar terasi. Labs ūdens spiediens.

Diezgan nolietoti apartamenti. Ļoti nepatīkama sajūta gulēt vai sēdēt uz tādas netīra sofa dīvana. Numuriņš 3 personām uz nakti izmaksāja 100 eur, bez iekļautām brokastīm. Virutvē no griestiem pilēja ūdens. Ir vairākas terasese, kas ir forši, bet skats no terasēm nav vispār. No baseina ļoti tālu atrodas vienas guļamistabas apartamenti. ] Segas bez pārvalkiem, martā par vēsu gulēšanai.

All perfect

The breakfast had a good selection and everything was clean and tidy. The pools were nice, there were plenty of sunbeds and beach umbrellas and there was also room on the green areas to sunbathe. The apartment was well equipped. It had a small patio at the back and larger one at the front ideal for BBQ's (although I don't know if they are allowed) with chairs and a table and upstairs it had a large balcony area off from the master bedroom with two sunbeds. For the winter, it also has a fireplace. Location-wise it is very near one of our favourite restaurants Da Bruno's.

The bed mattresses were too soft and I found that the sofa had hair and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned, neither had the shower, there was a round mark on the shower floor which I thought was a stain and greyish marks on it too but I wiped it with a tissue and it came right off meaning that the shower had not been cleaned properly. We have stayed here before so I think/hope it was a one-off overlook.

The fact we could access everything in the one place and the location was not far from all our activities and amenities the staff are also very lovely

Clear case that the images have nothing to do with reality. House completely neglected, it was noted that the cleaning had been poorly done and with a lot of time, dull windows. Worn out furniture, damaged sofa, kitchen table with broken glass, clogged kitchen basin, mattress on the bed with a huge hole in the middle!!! how is it possible?? Cleaning every two days, but cleaning was nothing, just made the beds. Constant sewer smell in the house On the first day I complained about the air conditioning in the room, they immediately checked, but it stayed the same. When I spoke to the reception about the problem, the receptionist reinforced that she was not a technician and that she was just a receptionist. The most spectacular thing was, we managed to kill a cockroach in the bathroom!!! Never again at this location

Staff was great. Especially staff Housekeeping and restaurant. Location good.

Mold in bathroom, which was handled immediately I must say, but there was a sewer problem I think, rooms smells horrible and sewer flies everywhere in the room, every day new ones. Also regret buying breakfast, cheap products, eggs cold, drinks from machine taste horrible. Only had 2 days breakfast out of 5. Everything else was great.

The hotel did not have enough amenities in the room. We had to call the reception for the bedsheets! There was coffee and water boiler but no tea or coffee! There is no value for the money! We got a family room for 4 people. 1 double bed and one sofa bed! The sofa bed was not good.

the rooms was great & very spacious! the staff was lovely very helpful, super market close by which was great! food was amazing in the restaurant and they do a breakfast for €12 every morning!

Only downside it’s around 30 minutes from the centre of Marbella which was around €37-44 each way, other then that I couldn’t fault the place would definitely come back

we had cockroaches in our rooms, not much was done by the hotel staff. asked for the room to be thoroughly cleaned, after a long day out we got back to the apartment to see that it had not been cleaned at all. you have to remind the staff constantly to get anything done. we were offered a free drink for the inconvenience whilst the staff cleaned the room… got back and it still had not been cleaned. there were empty takeaway boxes left in the room from the booking before ours when the rooms had been cleaned, we’d been left with new dirty towels and pillow cases at times we had the 2 bed apartments, upstairs rooms and showers are fine but downstairs are very small. it’s hard to move around in the shower and no space for luggage in the downstairs room
