価格帯の割にはハイクオリティな施設でした、屋上のレストランも美味しく、ところどころにアートが飾られていて、イビザの雰囲気を満喫することができた。

子供が屋上のプールに入れなかった事と、部屋が少し狭く感じた。

Really nice hotel with good facilities. Tony on reception was particularly great and very friendly. Good roof top pool and good choice of cocktails.

The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. The roof top was beautiful. Nice breakfast and lovely staff

Beautiful hotel well designed and modern, spacious in public areas. Lovely restaurant and views of the sea from half the hotel.

I stayed before and the high up sea views are great but the front end of the hotel is noisy with trucks collecting refuse at 3 and 4am regularly, and no view other than the apartment opposite.

It was very clean and a beautiful hotel. Especially the roof top area, that was stunning.

The Aircon in the room did not work very well. And when staff were spoken to, they just said there was nothing that they could do and they were hoping it would be fixed. The location is not best ever for wanting to be apart of the night life. The worst part was the reception staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. When you asked them to order a taxi, they would, but explained that from then on it was no longer their problem as it was an external company, therefore when the taxis were taking so long to arrive, and people had events booked or going to the airport, they were not willing to help. Furthermore, when leaving the hotel and requesting a room on check out to be able to have a shower as we were getting a later flight, there was very small availability on offer and if the time wasn’t available that you needed, then the staff were not willing to help and basically gave the attitude of “it’s not our problem”.

Great facility with a pool at beach level and one on roof level, with excellent views over the bay and for sun set. A smallish but reasonably well equipped gym which perhaps could do with a bit more equipment given the size of the hotel. Staff was super friendly, breakfast excellent with a very nice terrace to start the morning. Pool side restaurant was great with very friendly and attentive staff.

Air con was shocking in 35 degree heat almost unsafe.

Room was perfect, breakfast as well is very delicious and there was various options Staff are welcoming. The view at the swimming pool and the rooftop was too perfect.

The only issue is with the twin bed, which was two 1 bed combined

The staff were awful. We booked a number of rooms and they messed up allocating the rooms, even double booking my room with one of my friends. All they had to do is allocate my booking the 4 rooms we had booked, then give me the one out the 4 that was remaining. We then ordered food from the rooftop bar, it took over half hour to arrive. When I asked where my food was, the staff were adamant they had served it. It took myself and all my friends to tell them i hadnt received my food yet. Even then they never believed me until I had to demand they give me my food. When the food turned up it was burnt.

Room was very clean. They made up the little sofa bed for our LO which was nice as we arrived late in the eve. Tony greeted us with so much warmth and even suggested dinner before going up to the room. The beds are on the firm side - not a problem for us. I loved the full sized (proper) hairdryer in the room and the blackout blinds. I like that the hotel provides decent shampoo/lotion for use (no little takeaways - reducing plastic). Breakfast as everyone says is a superb affair. Plenty of variety and some changes daily. You can sit on the mezzanine above the pool/beach area so it is served with holiday vibes, As we stayed half board, dinner buffet started around 7.30pm. Good variety including delicious paella for one of the nights. Roberto their guest relations, extended so much warmth and checked in with us everyday to ensure the stay was comfortable. It is handy to have a little beach connected to the pool area on the ground floor (shower by the gate to rinse off sand). While this pool needs a little maintenance (tiles missing), it was clean. Our 3yo was in the kiddie pool nearly everyday. I love the posters and the decor of the common areas. Chilled, artsy, something different. Overall our family had a great time and we would be back.

Hotel could provide water stations for refillable flasks to reduce one-off plastic waste. The pool needs some maintenance as some of the rooms - although everything feels fairly new, bits of plaster in the bathroom wall fallen off making it look poorly finished.

Good vibe, honest love and caring towards their guests ... I was on a merge of a burnt-out and I did good that I reserved with them ; I was cured after a hello ! No false touristic treatment! These people are happy to serve you and you can feel it as it radiates from their eyes ... can't wait to come back ! Nice food

-The pool timing ... specially the roof top closes at 11 pm ! Imagine having a drink while beimg in the pool and looking at the view outside! Just something to think about! - paying for the chair on the beach ⛱️ even if you are a guest.
