El buffet para en precio del hotel está bien. Me hubiera gustado algo más de variedad en la zona de cocinados, pero ya digo que la relación calidad precio bien.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para cuatro personas, aunque dos sean niños. El aire acondicionado tiene que estar las 24 horas puesto si no quieres morir de calor, ya que tiene muy poca potencia. Solo hay tres ascensores para todo el hotel, y no deben estar bien programados, es normal que le des al quinto y hagas dos o tres paradas en pisos inferiores. No están climatizados, por lo que son una sauna. Respecto a la animación,he echado en falta algo más para los pequeños, entiendo que igual es por las medidas covid, no lo sé. Hay un escenario fuera en la zona de la piscina y no sé por qué no se hace ahí la ambientación por la noche, con el covid entiendo que sería sitio idóneo mejor que dentro en la cafetería. La zona de la piscina es pequeña y el suelo mojado resbala

El alojamiento es perfecto por la ubicación y tranquilidad. Familias con hijos y parejas.

Compresor sigue funcionando cuando sales a la terraza y desprende mucho calor a la altura de las piernas y resulta sofocante . No es nada agradable puesto que si sales a la terraza pasas muchísimo calor añadido.

Good location and clean in general

AC would not cool under 24 and finally gave up 2 days before check out. The bathroom was far too easy to flood when having a shower, these things should be checked after any upgrade work as you can see the damaged to the bathroom and door with how often this happens.

I booked in and paid in full for 7 nights. I didn't sleep due to noise first night. I complained next morning and asked for refund as I was checking out they refused. They told me contact booking.com for refund and are now ignoring booking.com. booking.com have emailed them and called them with no answer or no reply. Booking.com told me that the property in fact took payment directly from my card and could of easily refunded me but I feel so let down and deceived by this hotel. My advise is AVOID it. The noise levels from neighbouring rooms and the street from Earl morning was absolutely crazy and I could sleep through a tornado. Book elsewhere if I was you and avoid this dive.

Every member of staff we met were lovely. The restaurant staff were so friendly as was the barmen!

Delicious food, friendly staff in restaurant. Good location close to beach and centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable beds.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. The shower was spacious and the bathroom clean. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment team did a good job of creating an atmosphere. The lobby area is very relaxing and comfortable to chill out in. We were able to request a later check out time.

I wish the pool would get warmer during the day however it remained very cold for the duration of our stay. I also wish the pool was open a little longer. There is no free WiFi surrounding the hotel and no irons in the rooms.
