The location is excellent that you can reach the ferry in 5 minutes time. The room is spacious, clean and quiet as I booked a double room with balcony facing the mountain. The temperature control of the bath tub is very good. You may park your car free of charge just outside the hotel.

The bed is too noisy when you move or turn your body during sleep. There is no lift that you may need to bring the luggage up the staircases, like in my case, my room is on the third floor. There is literally no one in the reception desk except during the checkin hours. So you can only go to the tourist info centre nearby for any inquiries about your excursions. The breakfast is okay but starts serving a bit late(from 8am). You need to settle your hotel bill in cash so get prepared for that. Or else, if you settle your bill using credit card, they charge an addition of 2%.

The apartment was very clean with good facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide good parking facilities as well. The location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was good enough.

The apartment was on the third floor, so we had to climb three flights of stairs every time. Luckily, we didn’t have any heavy luggage. The view from the balcony could’ve been better. It looks upon the parking area. Considering the price, they could’ve provided air conditioning in the apartment.

The worst possible place for a group of people. Ordered 2 rooms for a total of 18 people. The hotel called but never confirmed that there is only 1 room. Now they charge for both rooms. The hotel can't even offer the equivalent room for 9 more people. The only thing we got is one more room for 4 people and one more room for 4 people 3 km away from the hotel of origin. There was still no room for 1 more person where no reading was offered. Manager on site is impossible to communicate and is very rude and impossible to communicate. Not a place to recommend for larger groups as the manager even repeated several times that he does not understand English. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!

We stayed in the top floor apartment, which is spacious with a great view. The breakfast had a good choice each morning.

There are not blinds on the sky light windows, which are directly behind above the beds, making the bedrooms very light from 5am.

Location was great! Decent options for breakfast. The staff kept the food available even at the end when it was closing.

We had the apartment on top floor and there were multiple skylights in the bedrooms. Difficult to get kids to sleep when it’s still bright out. Some kind of shade/curtain for the skylights would have been nice. There wasn’t a person at reception except at check in time (3 pm) and then 6 pm. There was a phone number but we didn’t want to call it for information about restaurants and such.

As most other reviews great location let down by terribly rude staff and owner.

Staff ruined the stay, paid for larger room but given standard. Politely asked for refund for the difference to be told to goto court. Unbelievable. Started badly upon arrival with check in. Arrived during advertised open times no one in reception. Waited 1.5hrs for someone to arrive. Can not recommend due to the terrible owner. Look elsewhere.

It's a nice place as same as I expected.

The room has a electronic hot pot. I stayed for 4 days but it seemed that not refill the tea bags everyday.

Everything advertised on Booking.com was correct -- even about the rooms being sound proof. Breakfast is free, unlike many hotels in Europe. I slept better than in any of the others hotels where I stayed in Bavaria. Free bus passes!!! A money saver.

While this was not a problem for me, if you need an elevator, they do not have one -- long stairs to first floor and above

Good beds, spacious room

Staff was not very welcoming. Breakfast was less than could be expected from a 3 star hotel. Rather expensive for the facilities offered, price /quality ratio is not ok, price reflects location more than service offered. Bathroom very small.
