The staff were fantastic. The facilities are all of high quality, with the location perfect for speedboat/longboat transfers and a 10 minute walk to Railay (main swimming) beach.

Die Anlage wird mal der absolute Wahnsinn, wenn sie denn fertig ist. Die Villa hat eine tolle Größe und Ausstattung, der eigene Pool ist groß und man hat eine kleine Terrasse. Das Frühstück war absolute Klasse und sehr vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Die gesamte Anlage ist im Umbau, worauf nicht hingewiesen wird. Nur einige Villen waren vermietet und drumherum alles Baustelle. Der Spa war nicht nutzbar, da im Bau. Der Pool, sowie die Badewanne und Armaturen total alt und abgenutzt. Unsere erste Villa war so abgenutzt, dass die Armaturen herausfielen, der Pool nicht nutzbar war, das Zimmer extrem feucht und schlecht roch und wir dort keine einzige Nacht verbracht hätten. Haben nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit eine andere bekommen die zumindest sauber war und nicht nach schimmel roch. Für den geforderten Preis eine absolute Frechheit.

Nos encanto que estuviera en primera línea de mar ( aunque no de Playa, ya que era un muelle), las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas y atienden hasta el último detalle ( paraguas en la habitación, bolso de playa para llevar toallas, acondicionador del pelo, etc). En nuestro caso cogimos una villa con piscina y fue realmente increíble y con “visita”, una familia de monos paso a saludarnos y aunque hay que tener cuidado y respeto, fue muy bonito verlos a través del cristal de nuestra habitación como comían plantas y bebían agua. Es una pena no haber podido terminar de ver el resort con las obras que le están realizando, ya que tienen muy buena pinta. Y a pesar de estar en obras, el hotel nos lo informo cuando aún podíamos cancelar por si nos molestaba, y estando en el hotel te das cuenta que no te molestan, son muy ordenados, silenciosos y respetuosos. Sin duda creo que este alojamiento fue una de las cosas top 10 de nuestro viaje.

The staff were friendly, especially Free at the pool bar, we had many good conversations with him! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were big enough for 4 people to sleep! Even though renovations were happening at the resort we never felt that it affected our trip.

It’s an amazing resort and we really enjoyed our time there. It’s not across the beautiful beach but in walking distance of it. The staff is kind and always willing to help. Breakfast was amazing, rooms are clean, beds not to hard and overall very deserving of the stars.

Some of the power points need an update and it would be nice to have tv’s with Netflix/YouTube for relaxation.

this accommodation was phenomenal. The customer service and experience was Above & Beyond. The buffet breakfast was super delicious.  The swimming pool was also amazing and so was the employees who worked at the pool.  The location of the hotel is also perfect for Arrival.

The only thing that can be improved was the breakfast. It was good but more variety would be good. Felt lacking with authentic Thai food.

The whole resort of Railay Beach is just paradise. Hotel is fabulous and couldn't believe how good the room was! Breakfast was great. Staff amazing. Swim up pool bar! Biggest bed I have ever seen.

The hotel is pretty nice. The room is spacious. Railay itself is a nice and quiet place.

"Hot tub" in the room is just a concrete square pit, was not worth it.

Friendly workers and nice atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good location.

Spa is still closed just you know in case you are booking the hotel for its Spa. Time to renew the rustic stuff (like hair dryer, shower tap) in the room.

Rude staff at reception. Despite ordering a twin room, we were forced to share a bed. The spa has also not been open for over a year.

The hotel is beautiful both inside and outside. The room we got was huge. Good breakfast. Great location at the east coast, near the pier.

The pictures don’t show the hotel faces onto the mangrove swamp. there isn’t actually a beach on this side of the island but you can walk to the west beach in about 10 mins General service from staff- despite hotel being part full being refused check in until 2pm on the dot. staff mandating they search our room before we could leave Over £100 a night did not feel good value

This hotel was beautiful. the rooms are very spacious and have both shower and a very big bathtub. There is a pool bar with the best Bartender who made wonderful cocktails.

the sitting area around the pool and pool itself was nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the bungalow style rooms were spacious and had a really big bath tub.

the facilities are old and rundown. The room is a bit dusty and could be cleaner. The doors connecting the next door rooms are very thin and therefore can be quite loud. air conditioning was a bit old and loud. breakfast was not very good, there were a lot of flies.

pool area fairly nice, bedroom was nice, large comfortable bed. good breakfast.

Review My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights while travelling Thailand. It was my 30th birthday on the first night and we had kindly requested for the hotel to mark the occasion in some way- however, nothing was done. The spa is closed which was very disappointing and the place is super quiet, no entertainment or bar open at night. We found it very difficult to get here. As this was our first time travelling to Thailand, we were not aware we needed to get a boat out to Railay beach. We landed in late, had to pay 1000thb to get a private taxi boat out there and then walk 10 mins to the hotel in poorly lit streets. The bedrooms are connected by a door in your bedroom. So your neighbours can easily gain access to your room. In addition to this, as we were checking out, the staff demanded for us to pay 1350thb as they found a make up stains on the towels and bed sheets and were unable to wash it out. As the staff are discussing the price of the charge, the cleaner was laughing in front of us. Very unprofessional. We are extremely disappointed with our stay in this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, very poor stay for the amount of money we paid for.
