Property was in a prime location, close to lots of restaurants & things to do! Hotel staff very helpful & accommodating with anything needed! Free breakfast was provided which was awesome

the location was great! a short walk from the centre and on the hill so there were beautiful views.

great location a few minutes from best part of town and the pool made it a fantastic choice with a young child

the pool is not as big as it looks in the photo but it’s still excellent for kids of all ages and adults

the staff are amazing especially Andrea! so helpful with everything, taxis are a bit of a nightmare but he always made sure we had options to get places. highly recommend the hotel to anyone we know!

The owner of the place was rude and not respectful while talking to us on checking in and argued about additional charges which were levied on staying for more than 1 night. No receipt was given for cash paid and no receipt was sent either despite of sending reminders.It is also ironical as most hotels offer discounts on additional days and this hotel charges extra.

Staff charged hidden €50 surcharge which was not included on booking confirmation. Upon checkout Andrea tried to then double charge this - in cash - despite another staff member saying that everything was already paid for. Andrea showed a new hidden T&C that showed a €60 applicable charge. After some back and forth, Andrea then backed down and asked for a 5 star review instead. The "hidden" €50 surcharge was charged to my credit card anyway. One of our party's rooms was cancelled 24 hours before our arrival with no notice. Do not stay here.

beautiful property which has been renovated very well but kept its Italian charm. very quiet hotel with the most helpful staff. The pool area is very quaint and perfect for relaxing. After 10 days of non stop travelling around Italy this was the perfect place to relax away from the huddle and bustle. Amazing find and would 100% revisit worth the extra to have a pool.

more options at breakfast would be nice.

A good stay in a nice place with a great free breakfast and nice people. We enjoyed our stay at this resort but it was not without it's problems, all of which could have been avoided with some better communication and instructions about what it's like to get around in Amalfi (hence this review). We went to the resort at the end of our trip to Italy with a lot of luggage - the resort is about 700m away from the taxi drop off point at the bottom of the main road into Amalfi (where taxis are not allowed) so we ended up hauling all of our luggage to the resort at the top, at which point we were advised that you can actually get a porter to take both you and your luggage (for 10euro a bag though). Would have been handy to know beforehand. Also, the resort has a lot of stairs so not great for anyone with mobility issues (mind you, all of Italy will be challenging if you do).

The transfer from the taxi drop off to the resort could have much easier with some better instructions.

Great location in Amalfi. Less than 10 min walk to center of Amalfi with few steps as well! The pool was so perfect after warm days out adventuring. breakfast was great as well-you choose what you want the night before then they bring it out to you. We had the room behind the check in desk which was awkward at times but otherwise a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi but close enough to walk to. Downside was the shower head was weak and the bathroom walls/ceilings were not very clean. However, i would totally stay here again! Marisa was a wonderful host and it was really the perfect place to stay for our 3 days on the Amalfi Coast.

Mariessa the manager was extremely helpful and courteous. She couldn't do enough to help and was always so cheerful. Her colleagues were also very helpful. The location was good and the property itself was to a very high standard and was kept spotless.

The pool area could do with some refurbishment.

having a pool was a bonus and the breakfast included

having to carry bags from port to property. portage was offered but I thought it rather expensive and feel it round be better to include it in the rate
