Keys were ready for collecting early, check in not normally until 4pm but they were able to let us in at 12pm which was great. I did notice that reception is closed between 2pm and 4pm so this may cause issues for some check ins. Room was clean, plenty of towels, sheets available. Air con worked incredibly well, even in the 38 degree heat wave! Pool and communal toilets well maintained, 2 lifeguards on duty.

No kettle or hairdryer. Apartments a 10min walk from centre - not an issue for us, although in the heat was sometimes a bit grueling, but definitely not ideal if mobility is an issue.

Good location. Room was clean large and quite comfortable.

The reception was closed and was directed to another hotel 200 yards away to check in. . The pool was closed which we wasn't informed about. Very disappointed in this. Rooms although were very dated.

The apartments were clean inside.

The swimming pools were not working, empty, though information was that tjey work from april. During the first day, golf players broke the window upstairs, all our balcony was in glass (we were with 2 todlers), kindly asked to clean this- after lonv discussions they finally agreed to clean the glasses. However, had to send photis and ask to clean again, as smaller glasses were still left. Even after this and our request to take action about the broken glass above our headd, some small glass on the floor as well all broken glass up was still left, so we could not use the balcony during our stay - 3 days. The reception is placed in another hotel.- about 300 meter away, so all comunication is slow. Some furniture is new, but already broken.

If we came in the summer it would have been perfect. The first night we froze, no heating ac didn't work and neither did the hob or cooker. Phones reception next day and someone came out fixed the ac and the gob switches. 2 nights later we decided to cook pizza the cooker and it fused the apartment 8 times. We didn't cook again.

It was worth the money, will come back in the summer.

Pools were fab. Guy on reception was helpful and friendly. Air con in sitting room.

No wifi. Mattresses on beds were so hard and uncomfortable. My electricity went 3 times during stay. No working cooker. Had to call into reception after 5 days of no towel changes or apartment clean. Lots of ants

The size of the apartment is good. It has two terraces and the views were nice. The pool is also very nice. The beach is 20 minutes walk and you can find restaurants and bars in your way there. It is pet friendly.

They open the reception at 4 PM and there is just one person receiving all the guests so you have to wait outside under more than 30°C (no shadow), for more than an hour to check in. The apartment's kitchen works with gas so you need matches to turn the stove on and they don't provide them so bring them especially if you are arriving late! The sofa bed is too small for a 16 year old. The nearest beach was too crowded, so if you are looking for a quiet place think on walking for another 20 min. or go there by car.

Pool dirty and un clean .leafts n plastic bags in pool .life guards in phones .! We have been for the last 3 years except last year. We won't go again.. freezer didn't work food was ruined. Pool needs a paint around edges. No plug in Bath No lighter for the cooker .

The beautiful swimming pools, with plenty of sun-beds, palm trees and bridges under which you could swim. The gardens and the air-conditioning in the living room.

The absence of a double bed or air-conditioning in the main room.

The place is a typical Andalusian Cortijo with nice swimming pool.

Very noisy. A lot of movements of chairs and tables from the neighbourhood and very low control of it. The property should have a guard in the night in order to check noise and these issues.

The pool area is nice, clean and relaxing. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed although we've been to other places where they do provide a sponge and some washing up liquid. Here there was only toilet paper and 3 small bin bags. Overall, we had a good stay and would return again in the future.

The reception is at a different hotel so you don't seem to have any on-site staff except the lifeguard. It was fine, as we didn't need any, but not sure what to do if you need assistance. Also, the floor of the pool could do with a good clean and vacuum.
