Bra frukost

Dåligt att behöva ha med sig egna sängkläder, och att hyra där var dyrt. Dyr affär bredvid, allt är dyrt i Danmark.

It's fairly close to Leagoland. I wast not really impressed by this hotel. Actually I thing the negatives are bigger than the positives. Maybe I could say that the receptionists were nice for how bad it was everything else.

It's not cheap, and I declined some hotels because of this one because I though it would be better and it was more Lego like. And when we got there they charged me an stupid amount of money per person for BORROWING the towels and sheets. I probably could buy new ones for that price and the quality was so bad that. I almost prefered dressed with no sheets. And the girl says "but don't worry, it's this price for your complete stay". And we were going to stay just one night hahahaha. And of course we had to prepare our own beds because they gave us the sheets in the reception and nothing was done. So when we left they told us that they would prefer us to return the sheets in the reception because otherwise the cart of the cleaning lady would get full to quickly, and at that point we took it with humor because we never had a worse experience in a hotel. I could add that the breakfast wasn't that great, not all the options that I would like and it seem like there was just one small space for an stupid amount of people. So you had to wait for so long to get the food you wanted (self service). The place and the rooms were low quality, with broken things, light that didn't work, it wasn't too clean, and the experience was pretty bad in general.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Mehr Service kann man nicht erwarten. Was man von dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht sagen kann. Es war sehr enttäuschend, auch die Kinder waren leider garnicht überzeugt. Das Thema Piraten war kaum umgesetzt. Meiner Meinung nach sehr lieblos. Dann hatten wir Problem mit dem Internet und weitere Unannehmlichkeiten durch Geräusche, die nicht aufhörten. Das Problem an der Rezeption angesprochen bekamen wir als Ersatz ein Ninango Haus, und das wiederrum war der Knaller, die Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut und das war auch kein Vergleich zum Piratenzimmer. Das Gelände ist sehr schön gestaltet, es gibt überall was zu entdecken, super viele Spielplätze und es ist sehr sauber.

Ambientat amb Lego Pirates. Amb un cofre ple de legos que fan l’estada dels petits un paradís. Exteriors amb parcs molt divertits i una petita granja amb animals. Saló del menjador molt gran i amb una sala infantil. Ubicació a 1 min de lalandia i 5 de Legoland

Great location! Only 2 walk min till Lalandia and 7-10 min to LegoLand. Wonderfull territory with a lot of Lego sculptures, mini golf and playgrounds. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. The room was very big and comfortable.

No room service/cleaning for 3 days… On breakfast good to have porridges for kids.

I’d like to thank the lady at the reception who was so kind as to let us check in at 8am after a long night trip (instead of 15.00)

beds are not too comfy. rooms should be cleaned during the guest’s stay.
