We enjoyed our stay, but we all woke up w/ backaches as the mattress was VERY firm.

clean,. Nice that coffee and creamer available. A little crazy with entertainment system because of three remotes. Parking is a little inconvenient. Door codes a little excessive. Neighborhood was hard to find and navigate. Excellent communication with host. Old building, could hear everything going on upstairs so our first night was rough.

This place had everything we could ask for in a rental property. Our host was greatly accommodating and so easy to work with. Will definitely rent again when we come back to Portland

This was the perfect place for our travels to portland. Very clean spacious place with all the extras to make my stay comfortable for a family of 4. Walking distance to grocery stores and resaurants.

We had an amazing time in portland! The owners of the property were so sweet and helped me get into the house. The place was very clean and comfortable and so cute. Also very close to lots of things so that was a plus too. 5/5 stars for sure!

The property is modern, clean, well-stocked with everything in good working order. There are lots of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. There are lots of big windows so it’s bright with an open feeling.

We really loved the neighborhood, with great spots to walk to. Steeplejack is a stone's throw away, a long with other great locations along Broadway. The unit itself is very nice, on the ground floor and we'll taken care of. Our family of 4 with littles under 4 had a great time. We had a little trouble with check-in using the multiple code sequence, but Jody was available right away and helped us get in in no time. We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we had more time to just hang out and walk around the community. Everything in the unit was great ( except the beds). Both beds were extremely firm. For this reason alone i would have second thoughts about staying again. If the beds are replaced with medium soft beds we would stay again. Not a major issue but the parking was full both nights we were there and we had to park on the street. I drive a Ram 2500 Mega Cab so that was a trick to find a place big enough to park. Street was very full of cars. If you replace the beds let us know as we are due to be back in Portland end of August and later in the Fall.

We loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood. We also noticed everyone else in the area enjoyed doing the same thing as there were several people walking around, mostly with dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

A great apartment, meticulously maintained. Wonderful location, great eclectic art. And very thoughtful and considerate hosts, in a fantastic location close to restaurants and stores in the Irvington / Sullivan's Gulch area of NE Portland.

Wonderful place! - Our best VRBO experience in Portland (and we stay there a lot!). It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more, pet friendly, safe & pleasant neighborhood, close to stores; polite, helpful and friendly hosts and super convenient to pop over to our son's home (the most important amenity for us!). This was our second Thanksgiving at Mediterranean
Villa. It is perfect. The home is open and roomy in the living room/dining/kitchen area. Makes it easy to live in and to cook/relax in. The location is great, we enjoy walks and the ease of movement to other Portland locations. The owners are very responsive, I hope we con do it again!

Very nice apartment. Immaculate, spacious, well furnished, well lit, with dedicated off-street parking. Very good working kitchen. The apartment would benefit from an additional mirror as the only mirror is the one above the sink in the bathroom. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood, with relatively good access to Portland's excellent mass transit network. We enjoyed dining out at Gado Gado (1 mile away) and Verde Cocina en La Perla (further afield but worth the trip). Many thanks to the responsive owners for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice, good kitchen dining and living rooms. The beds are hard and the dryer is in a creepy basement, but overall it was good. The outside is patched and in need of work which created a bad first impression, but the inside is really nice and it is in a good location.

We loved our stay in Portland at this delightful apartment. The hosts were remarkably responsive and kind, and made our stay comfortable and happy. The apartment is tastefully appointed (with great art work), and we couldn't have been more pleased. Would highly recommend it. (Location is fantastic as well, close to restaurants and shopping.)

My family and I loved this gem- secure in a locked building with easy access codes. The sun was shining and the apartment had excellent lighting. Kitchen well stocked. Off road parking available. I added a day to my stay and the host was extremely helpful in figuring out how to avoid unnecessary charges. Would definitely stay again!

This home is warm, welcoming and always clean and cozy. Stayed here pre-CoVid and for the first time in 3-4 years had an opportunity to return. A short Uber drive into downtown for dinner and show knowing we had a beautiful comfy flat the return to. Thank you Jody for your kindness and hospitality 💕

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Good beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice light. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was the perfect place for us! We were in town for a family event, but had to work remotely the day before and after, and the layout of the place, plus excellent Wi-Fi, made it possible for three of us to work those two days from the apartment. Jody was very responsive and accommodating. Most definitely will choose to stay here again.

The location is superb for proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and there's a very unique brew pub less than a block away! And despite all this, it was (astoundingly) completely quiet every night we were there. We were all in bed by 10 and yet we never had an issue with noise for our entire stay. Perfect! One note that is completely subjective - the mattresses here are quite firm. Some people prefer that, others don't. If you're the "princess and the pea" type, be aware that you may find them less than perfect. Otherwise, what a great property and a great location! Hosts provided a ton of options for dining, shopping, etc., and were always responsive. Highly recommended!

The location was great! There were plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around. The kitchen was a good size, but was lacking some of the cooking essentials, like mixing bowls and a knife block. The mattresses are hard. Washer is a washer/dryer combo, which takes hours to semi-dry your clothes, so a separate dryer is provided in the basement. The unit was cleaned, but doesn't appear that to have had a deep clean in a while, as there were many cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. There was an ant problem when we first arrived, but the owners helped rectify that issue. The owners are very responsive and eager to help make your visit perfect.

Very walkable location with bars and cafes around the corner. Very quiet for being close to main intersections! Owners were responsive to any questions and followed up as we left when I gave a run-down of things.
Part of a four-unit apartment complex; the parking was pretty confusing, but owner sent a diagram which was helpful. Really only room for one car; second car ended up parking on the street. Not a huge deal, but was confusing and seemed that the other tenants had dealt with this in the past.

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was well kept and everything was easy to find. The owner made a list of food and activities near us which was wonderful because we came from out of town. The owners were great at communicating. I would rent from them again.

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting family and friends in Portland. It has a nice size kitchen thank you’ll be cooking. There are about eight slightly uneven slate stone stairs up to the apartment with no railing if you have any mobility issues.

The place was clean and in a convenient location. The only change I would recommend would be to change window coverings in bedrooms to block incoming morning light. Other than that the place was clean, quiet, well maintained, and well appointed.

Our weekend stay was so pleasant and easy. Everything was exactly as described - the condo was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, and in a great walkable location. Perfect for us and our dog!
