The bathroom door was broken and couldn`t be opened all the way without using force. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the neighbors were really loud one night very late, the kid was screaming like an animal and everything could be heard in our room. Aso the walls were really thin and the windows did nothing for soundproofing. Upon reservation, we were offered a room by the beach, once we got there we were escorted to a side building and had to walk in the main building across the street for breakfast and to reach the beach.

the staff, the property right in front of San Vito Lo cape gorgeous beach. the rooms are very clean. the shower pressure is strong. The breakfast has great yummy Sicilian pastries. I recommend this hotel and would definitely return there. great food at the restaurant blue marine right next to Egitarso.

The location of the hotel is awesome. You could just sit in the room and have a view of the blue water right in front of view.

I requested a quiet room when booking but it was very noisy, I couldn't sleep well. The waiters were inattentive, I always had to beg to bring coffee.

our hotel was a little far from the beach (5 minute walk). this was not indicated when we booked. it wasn’t bad, just wish it was advised to us prior to booking

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just a few steps from the beach. Online check in for documentation very helpful, easy, and convenient.

We stayed in the annex. There was no elevator for our second floor room and no staff to help. Breakfast was included but mediocre at best. The patio for our room barely held the two of us and had only one chair. In the ZTL so there is no parking on the street and limited parking in the garage. We had to park the car a half kilometer away at an added cost. If the hotel made us aware of that in advance, I don't recall. On top, we had just left a five star resort with outstanding facilities to pay the same nightly rate here.

Beach is 2 minutes away. The hotel section of the beach is looked after by Kamel who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was in a nice large villa, comfortable with excellent cleaning services. Breakfast was good.
