Very friendly stuff, nice breakfast, easy check in-check out. The beach area was very good.

Room is really not equipped - there are no trashcan -only a small one in the bathroom. No signs if you do not want to go into our room for room service. For breakfast there was no veggies at all. There were a lot of mosquitoes - would be nice to think of it as one of my friend is really allergic to them. Very loud rooms - we can hear neighbours' clock and speaking as well.

Amazing hosts. They were super kind and flexible. Provided as with bikes free of charge to ride around the beach too.

Great staff, great breakfast. Room fine. Shower a bit odd as not a cubicle. Great value though.

The decor of the hotel was quirky and interesting. The breakfast was nice and the owners were really helpful and offered great recommendations for food in nearby restaurants. Very close to the marina and beach for a nice walk.

Only thing that could be improved was the size of the shower. The small door into the shower was restrictive. Only a minor issue though.

The owners are very friendly and happy to offer help. Since is a family owned business it feels like home. The rooms are clean and have everything that is essential. Breakfast was really delicious and fresh. High varieties of cakes, yogurt, egg preparations, ham, cheese and many more. The property is located in a quiet area which was perfect to have a good night rest. We enjoyed or stay here and hope to come back with our friends next year!

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner, he showed us were to park, and welcomed us by our names. When going out for dinner, he lent us bikes so we could get around. The breakfast was very good, it offered both fruit, eggs, sausages and delicious homemade pastry. The bar served aperitivos and drinks. It was a familiar atmosphere, the staff was very kind. We left with a feeling of wanting to come back next year. There was also a seafood restaurant just 200 m from the hotel, the food was delicious.

Our room had a bide within shower which was a bit awkward and uncomfortable. We asked for another room but apparently there were none left. There were no photos of that particular room/bathroom on Booking site.

The location is great, just a few steps away from the beach. The parking is on the street (the owner was really nice helping us to find a good parking lot. There are some lots in the garden, but there was full when we arrived). Smiling and nice staff. Everyday cleaning in the room. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options (sweet and salty also), very good coffee. I was pleased to find a shady room and with an excellent inside temparature, perfect for a rest in the afternoon.

The room size and the old furniture. We had a quadruple room, but it was like cramped. The bunk bed did not have safety bar so it couldn't be used by the child for sleeping. The bathroom was also very small and the shower cabin was even smaller so it was very difficult not to touch the cabin when showering). The pictures are processed in photoshop or someyhing like that. The rooms look a bit outdated in reality. Only 1 chair on the balcony which I used for drying towels after going to the beach.

the hotel is great, in a quiet place, perfect for vacationers who don't want to be in the middle of the party but also not far from the central square.

The standard is ok. The roomes are nice and clean. The view from the balcony is very good. But what can't be bought with money is the atmosphere, which is worth much more than 5 stars. It's not a mainstream hotel where all is white and staff in uniform. It feels like you are invited in to the home of the people that works there, it's all nice and cozy. The staff are so friendly and smiles, not a thin you can expect every were... And don't forget to ask for dinner, the host makes a beautiful table and makes a super dinner, and not expensive at all. For 3 people we paid approx 20€ more than we paid for pizza by the beach, and at the hotel we got 2 dishes with wine/coke/water and coffe... The only 2 regrets we have is: 1. We only booked 3 days here. 2. We only found out the last night about the dinner arrangement... Definitely a visit worth!

Great people fabulous service breakfast brilliant lovely individualistic sitting drinking estimates outside. 5 mins from exceptional fish restaurant 2 mins from beach. People had everything correct without apparent effort.

Very comfortable stay near the beach in Rimini. Rooms had a modern and updated feel to them. The staff were very pleasant and provided a very good breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for road trippers passing through Rimini, or for those who want to vacation near the beach.

The room we had did not look like the ones from the photos . It was very small , the furniture was more basic, the bathroom was small and uncomfortable too.

Great hotel with a perfect location, right in front of the beach. The rooms are very clean, great variety of food for breakfast. The cook was very attentive to clients needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It has free parking at the hotel and great air conditioning! We really enjoyed our stay here :)

The location was great. The staff is extremely helpful. The beach is literally a few minutes of walk. There are good restaurants around the hotel.

Photos of the room did not match the reality. The bathroom was really really small. They gave so little shampoo that we have to buy one in the store.
