Very nice accommodation, well equipped, cosy, quiet, clean.. on the ground floor of the restaurant where you could eat. A short walk from a nice beach.

The room was too hot, the bed was uncomfortable, the double pillow was hard to sleep on, the room was noisy, you could hear what the people next door were doing…
The staff (only one guy does it all) is really unpleasant, he looks angry and delivers a poor customer service.

Fantastic stay, lovely hotel, great value for money. Evening meal was excellent both in quality and value for money. The staff were great, friendly, helpful & informative. Given that we are Brits, as were the couple who checked in just before and were incredibly rude and ignorant, we were treated with the utmost respect & had several conversations on my poor Spanish language throughout our stay. Wilm certainly return.

Driving up from Alicante my sat nav failed. Had to ask for directions but we did find it OK. To us this is an exceptional hotel. Mine host spoke other languages, he was encouraging me to use Spanish and himself English. The locals were enjoying the fun. Beautiful meals both in the evening and at breakfast. We had a very comfortable double room, just right for us. We stayed for one night as we had to catch the ferry for UK We would definitely return to this hotel. A sat nav is a must.

Staff is super efficient, also absolutely loved the busy restaurant underneath - fantastic lively environment.

Friendly staff, also good food for nice prices in the restaurant in the hotel.
A beach is relatively nearby, bus stop and supermarket were also in walking distance. Good price.

For the money paid I can't really think of anything I didn't like.

The staff is wonderful, the hotel has great and comfortable facilities, everything that makes for a good long stay. Location is superb, close to so many wonderful beaches. The hotel has a decent restaurant. Overall, super value for money and definitely recommend for both short and long stays.
