Starting to show signs of needing a touchup. TV stuck on Foxtel and no instructions. Only a minor inconvenience. Will stay here on my next Brisbane trip

bed mattress was uncomfortable and creaked when moving around on it. bathrooms need an upgrade, extractor fans didn’t work. double glazing would help for road noise.

The room was in desperate need of repair and updating. The fan, wardrobe, and skirting boards were covered in dust and dirt. The carpets were stained and threadbare.

This was a very comfortable and convenient place for three adults in Brisbane visiting family for a significant birthday party. Air conditioning (a must in this city) and the beautiful view out over the River made it special. We only had three nights there but feel a longer stay would have allowed us to enjoy the facilities of the property and local attractions more fully.

We found two minor maintenance items: The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not working, and The slats on the bed base in the main bedroom had detached but we were able to fix that without seeking help from staff. Without those small maintenance items I would definitely have given the property a 10!

Very spacious and well equipped appartment. Nicely placed between UQ and the city center to easily get around. The balcony was facinf the park (obviously with the name), which was very pleasent. The staff was very helpful.

The appartment wasn't very new and it smelled quite a bit run down. Perhaps a change of the rug would help or perhaps the smell came from the air conditioning. It got better after a few days when it was cooler outside. Coronation drive can be quite busy but the noise wasn't too bad.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and fairly well equipped. Beds were comfy. Location super convenient with access to the river bike/walking path and bus stop on our doorstep. Easy walk to Auchenflower station (5 mins) and Toowwong Shopping Village (10 mins). Good views of the CBD from the 6th floor. Foxtel and Chromecast worked as expected. The two large balconies were great spots for watching the NYE fireworks. Amentities included a dedicated car spot, gym and swimming pool. The kitchen had a proper gas oven and stove which were great.

The service lacked detail and attention at this price point. Individually, the following would be no big deal, but the accumulation of niggles was annoying when a simple checklist would suffice. The appartment could have done with a deep clean prior to our arrival. There was a lot of dust on the bedframes and venetian blinds. Supplies were minimal for the duration of our stay. 1 toilet roll in each bathroom and 1 bin bag were definitely not enough for a 6-night stay. Also, the kitchen could have done with a chopping board. One of the electric plugs didn't work in one of the bedrooms and one of the balconies couldn't get used after dark due the light needing a new bulb. Finally, the curtains in the living room only closed partially.

Excellent position. Lovely views across the river. Lovely balcony. Unit is roomy and well laid out.

Not as well equipped as the unit we stayed in here last year. One saucepan, no microwave cooking equipment. No salad bowl. Shower head kept falling out of the clip.

The location was perfect as it was near to the University and a very quiet area. Fit for older people and quiet family. The cleanliness of the room are good and the carpet are fresh.

The lady who picked up the call was confident enough to kept giving me the wrong number to access the key lock. 4 times to be exact and the lift no was wrongly circled. So i ended up going from one elevator to another. The maintenance of the place should be kept up to date. My room, with the separate beds. The blinds are not well maintained with it coming down and you could see the picture there are blue tacks to stick the blinds. So had to do it on my own.

The location was excellent and very convenient

The whole experience of the room was amazing. My family and I stayed here a few years ago and absolutely loved it and will definitely be back again
