Amazing location , in the new area of Ningbo . The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The restorant was fantastic , the gym was very nice with excellent machines , I really enjoyed it . The staff was absolutely brilliant . We enjoyed our stay !

The location, facilities, and experience were great! It was cozy, and easy to check-in. I liked the convenience shop inside the hotel, it was very helpful. It felt safe and secure, great ambience and overall great experience.

My only negative was that there was a kitchen but no kitchen facilities, I booked this hotel because I wanted to cook but there was no stove or utencils.

-amazing gym - great facilities: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi all on and useable (which in china many hotels have the facilities but you cannot use them) - clean and new everywhere - great rooms, spacious, new and well maintained - staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was really nice, the suite was very clean and comfortable. Room service food was good. we ordered it twice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great!

The only problem we had was when we ordered room service. They didn’t have some meals we wanted, but the food we did get via room service was excellent.

Amazing hotel, great staff. very well located. big rooms and the breakfast it's unbelievable. will definitely come back next time I'm in Ningbo.

It was a great experience. the only thing I could think of is that the bed in booking.com said it was a king-size bed when in fact it was a queen size bed, very comfortable but still much smaller
