Large living room and nice TV. Kitchen was good size but not fully stocked. Definitely a ski out but more of a long flat ski in with lots of polling!

My husband, our friends, and I stayed at Four O'Clock property a few weeks ago. There were three couples in total and the room situation worked out great as we basically each had our own floor. The living room was much more spacious than the photos portray as we all fit comfortably. The TV has also been upgraded which kept the men happy during NFL playoff games. The location of this home was absolutely perfect for the skiers of the group. It was a true ski-in/ski-out property as we practically skied back to our backyard once finished. There is a bit of poling to get there but overall a lot better than hauling your skis to a bus stop/walking to a lift. The heated garage was quite nice as we would get ready for the slopes in there. The hot tub worked great and again, a nice perk for sore muscles at the end of the day. The property is about a 0.9mile walk to downtown which was not bad; however, with the elevation change, a few of us were winded by the time we made it there :) We did not rent a car which we ultimately regretted only because of the need to get to the grocery store a few times throughout the week. Ubers are very expensive and difficult to come by in Breck, so I would recommend renting a car, if possible. My only complaint for the property is the lack of kitchen items/accessories. Most rentals I've stayed in typically have at least salt/pepper or other odds and ends to use in the kitchen. We had to purchase everything at the store as none of these types of items were in the home. This is our third time to Breck and by far our favorite place we've stayed in. Would highly recommend.

Plenty of room. Spa was great. Ski in/ski out made it perfect for a group of varying ski abilities. Short walk to town. No need for a car if skiing all days at Breck.

The condo was just as portrayed in the pictures. Nice size and able to ski out and traverse in. I'd rent it again!

Great location and plenty of space for 2 families with 2 teens each. There’s some poling coming home on Snowflake Run so save a little energy for that. Otherwise, everything was excellent!! Great Western Lodge was very receptive to issues with dishwasher and humidifiers. Responded quickly!

The location is great. This is the second time our group has stayed here. Overall, the place is nice, we stayed here also in 2015. Few things that we noticed this time: -wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived, there were M&Sm under the recliner in the living room. -the light in the downstairs bedroom didn't work -the light in the downstairs shower didn't work -grill needs to be replaced -needed more toilet paper/paper towels to be pre-stocked -the light in the 2nd-floor bedroom closet didn't work We would definitely stay again, just needs a little care. Nothing major.

Great Ski in and Ski out location for Breckinridge. Ski right down to the snowflake lift and enjoy the trails. The master room gets a little chilly at night, but keep the fire going and thats what blankets are for. Other than the dining room chairs being exorbitantly uncomfortable this is one of the best ski in ski out locations I have stayed at!

We had a great time, the ski in/ski out is fabulous and we had a moose pass by our condo one morning and continue to walk up the Snowflake trail. The condo needs some love though, I feel like the best way to describe it is that the owners probably haven't been there in a while. While on the surface it was clean, it is overdue for a deep cleaning. The appliances are quite dated and the oven is in very bad shape, with the dishwasher not far behind. The heat is also a bit funky, the master bathroom was frigid. We still had a great time, the location was superb, the views were lovely and the hot tub very enjoyable.

Great place that fit our group perfectly well, just one hiccup. Our Vehicle parked outside encountered a massive chunk of ice that had melted and fallen off the roof right over the front porch. The roof of my truck was dented in terribly and when attempting to speak with someone through the lodging company over this ordeal, I was bounced around to several different property management groups with nothing but dead ends. Unfortunate way to end the vacation and sure, it happens but the run around after the fact was pretty annoying.

Was everything we were hoping for. Excellent property.

This VRBO was perfect for our family stay in Breckenridge. There were 10 in our group and the VRBO was spacious enough for us to enjoy time together. It was also a short walk to the downtown center which we did and the bus location was just a couple blocks away. The photos online might need to be updated to show a change in some of the furnishings.

Had a fantastic stay and hope to be back soon!

Overall, this is a fantastic property. The ski in/out feature is probably the best selling point.

This house was great for our group of friends! We had 8 people and had plenty of space! The hot tub is really nice and sits right on the snowflake run! It is ski in and ski out but BEWARE snowflake run is part cat walk! Great communal space within the center of the house! Bathrooms are updated and there are heated floors everywhere! Close to town but would need to drive or Uber, probably not walkable but great location overall!!!!

We enjoyed the trip and location was perfect. Overall, the place was clean and the Great Western staff was very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful true ski in/out off of snowflake run. Perfect for groups of 5-7. House well maintained and all amenities were great. Private hot tub is a huge value add. Would recommend. Docking (1) star because we were unable to check-in in until after 4pm despite calling ahead, because you need to actually physically pick-up keys and not lose them where comparable offerings have switched to electronic keypads, and because our hot tub was cold on the first night because they did not drain and fill it fast enough the day of our arrival. Despite these management issues, particularly the hottub and check-in issue, still giving 4 stars because the house is really that enjoyable. Again, would recommend!

This unit is a true ski in/out. Everything was in place and worked, just slightly dated. They did have xfinity thought. Great Western made the whole process seamless.

The location was great and felt more residential! My only complaint was that the gas ran out half way through cooking our steaks on the grill, and the management office had already closed so we had to run out and get gas (it took 3 stops to find a spot that sold them!). Suggestion is for management to leave an extra gas just in case this happens after 5pm when this happens, and when most people would be using the grill for dinners. They reimbursed the cost of the gas but it was a huge inconvenience and somewhat ruined our steaks with a 30 minute gap between cooking. Also, we had to call for sheets for the pull out couch bed and the office was closed - so the 1st night we used a blanked for one of the kids to sleep on the mattress, then the next morning the sheets were delivered. Suggestion is to simply always have sheets available for that bed. All in all, this was a great stay and the Jacuzzi and spacious living room was good for our group of 4 families. The kitchen is fully stocked for full cooking ability - the only thing lacking was bowls (there were no soup/salad/cereal bowls!) I would stay again, especially in the winter with ski-in/ ski-out access. We stayed in July and it was perfect for our summer stay in the off season. For guests coming in summer - definitely check out the Adventure Park on Keystone Mountain!

Outstanding property with amazing location right on the Snowflake run - literally 8 feet out the backdoor! Pictures do not do the house justice either...modern, comfortable furnishings with spacious layout that is excellent for a group. Also has space for two cars, and the Satellite Lot for additional vehicles is not too far away.
