Original one we booked was tiny second was spacious. Owner offered us to check out at 2:00pm instead of midday and to get the place cleaned after the 2nd day.

The apartment we booked originally did not have eating space for two so we had to upgrade to a higher price to be able to eat together. The location is on the landing path from the airport so it is noisy. Also the 1st night was a concert on a nearby stadium and it was loud until late. There are also works in the street during the day to add to the noise. No opportunity to store luggage after check out if your plane is late.

.The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us guidance on where and what was best to see and do in the city and area. We will be back to stay in the future

Excellent location and close to the airport and mall.

It a safe and quiet area. From my experience, this is a very important fact for a stay in Guayaquil. Its very close to the airport. The apartment is spacious, has good wifi, a.c. and all kitchen amenities.

the cleaning staff is not very thorough...

The area is good, safe, near the airport, not far from the center. The apartments are comfortable and nice, were cleaned every day. We spent a comfortable and pleasant time. Thank you so much!
