Properly is Deeply in the heart of business. It makes mouvement around the town easy

The room was spacious enough, staff were friendly from the driver who picked me up at the airport to the security guards , bellman and the amazing reception team.

Personally for me, the number of towels in the room could be increased. Should try and add more items in the fridge inside the room even if they are chargeable it's very okay.

Hotel is quite modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge Emmanuelle who gave us a kind welcome. Breakfast is very good.

WiFi service was ok, not really suitable for working other than emails (VPN connections were really slow)

Need More variety on the food menu

Locations was perfect, staff cool, rooms wonderful especially the provision of an ironing appliances…

Corridor carpet needs a facelift, restaurant prices on the upper side…

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, from the highly efficient manager texting to let us know our room was ready and to inform us of the restaurant's options, to her staff going above and beyon their call of duty helping me reunite with my forgotten mobile phone, I couldn't praise them enough. Though we ended up eating somewhere else, we stopped by the cool hotel bar for a night cap, and were once again pleased by the politeness and friendliness of our servers.

I loved the security and the friendly hospitality of the entire staff let by Emmanuelle the guest relations specialist. she was exceptional.

The beverage selection was limited and a bit pricey.
