Breakfast just ok. Very easy to access the beach.

The bed very uncomfortable. Next to the hotel is the Unic Lounge soo soo lough at night. We could not sleep. The windows frame was broken. A lot of dust and a hot air get in the room.

Breakfast was okay, good Vietnamese food but a buffet should have more variety of Vietnamese foods.

Overpriced room for value and bad staff service. Reception would not show me to my room and no one helped me with my bags. Spa bathtub in my room did not work. Wifi did not work and when I asked for help, staff tried leave me with the task to install a router myself. Very noisy club next door. Also guests have to pay extra to use the pool!!

Terrible experience. Booking for 2 nights but just stay 1 night and left the hotel though the 2nd night is non-refundable. Learned from booking.com this hotel is 4 stars but cannot understand where the stars come from! No bellman to assist and giving guidance to the room No hot water, no ventilation in toilet, no telephone to contact receptionist. I have bath and water stay on the floor of the toilet till morning after. So I should dry my feet by towels if don’t want to wet the bed by my own feet. Light in the toilet stop every 3-4 seconds that you should move some to turn it on and keep it alighted! The room very small, stuffy, and having bad smell. Could not sleep whole night. Now you know how I feel!
