I stay 2 night . The hotel does not refund the room fee for 1 night ! Not good !

The swimmingpool and the comfortable rooms

Staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. They bend over backward to help you with everything. Huge room with very comfortable bed that I had great night sleep during my stay. The pool was very good, nice and cool. The location was excellent at the center of the old city. Grab and red trucks are everywhere. Will definitely come back.

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff we had in our trip to Thailand. A very convenient location close to everything. Obviously, the environment is quiet and the facilities are good. They have free bicycles to explore the city. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Value for money.

The room was very pretty, clean and comfortable. There was a swimming pool that you can relax after a day of sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff who have no hesitation in helping us in every way. Excellent location in the old city - easy to walk to temples, cafes, many bars and restaurants. The sunday market was very close. Would recommend and stay here again if we have a chance.

Very modern boutique hotel with nice decoration, excellent and attentive staff. Room was very clean and provided wide range of amenities. Bed was super comfortable with good quaility pillows. Swimming pool was large and relaxing. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the restaurants, massage shops, bars, markets and etc. All in all, I was able to have a perfect restful vacation and would definitely return.

Very comfortable hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The AC works really well in hot weather and hot water was consistent. Nice lobby with large sitting area downstairs. The hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful in accommodating our needs. One of the highlights was the complimentary bikes and water guns that hotel provides to guests. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect.The staff was wonderful and friendly,everything neat and the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing.

The room was large, clean and had everything you could want, including comfy bed and all basic amenities. The swimming pool was fantastic. The pool view from the balcony was really nice. All the staff both receptionists and housekeeping did great job, they worked really hard at being helpful and efficient. The location can't be beat, close to everything, right in the middle and yet very quiet. The total experience was totally a 10/10. Would be more than happy to come back.

Beautiful and spacious room which provided all essential amenities. There was a cute refreshing pool at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and approachable, did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location was excellent, close to all main attractions in town. We enjoy walking from the hotel to those places. Couldn't recommend enough.

The staff were very friendly, room was perfect, if you needed to request something such as pool towels, they brought it to you straight away, such a spacious nice room, all the amenities you could ask for, complimentsd minibar and snacks was a really nice touch, great location to all of the popular food spots. When you check out theu gift you a lil souvenir that says have a good day which was very kind of them

The pool was freezing and felt unsanitary, no other facilities to speak of and the shower head holder was broken so had to use it manually

You don't get any sun if you like to swim, It is absolutely pointless to have a swimming pool.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Chiang Mai’s old town. The special thing about this hotel is the exceptional friendly staff. They offer free bikes and you can use them for free. Wifi works really great. Swimming pool available. Room was quiet, good and spacious.

The hotel was in a perfect location of the old city, lots of restaurants and shops around. We love the size and style of the room. The swimming pool is clean and large. Amazing staff who went out of their way to take care of us during our stay. We had a lovely stay here.

The entire room is so spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with a rain shower. The landscape of the building is beautiful and quiet. The location is excellent, located just next to the historical center. All staff were kind and helpful to provide any sort of information. Swimming pool is great as well.
