The difference between a Great hotel and a Good hotel lies in the simple things. When I tried to order a sandwich they said there was NO BREAD. At Breakfast the drinking water was DIRTY. The room I booked had a COCKROACH.

The chef at Breakfast Time was Friendly as well as the Reception Staff.
I think if you are a smoker...then you don't get a bigger room because they built a section of rooms only for smokers. No Choice.

It was a great place to relax, after traveling through the country to see the ancient sites. The spa was relaxing and the staff helpful.
Would liked to have swam as a family, but we understand the reasons behind separate spa facilities for men and women.

Clean comfortable room. Front desk people were very good.
Porter was very rude. Restaurant manager doesn't speak Uzbek. Caters to Russians. Smoking in parts of the dining room. Location is very far out from City Center. No place to walk shops or restaurants.

The staff is generally nice and friendly.
The shower room doesn't have a door or curtain. When I asked to fix it, the male receptionist told me that all shower rooms are standard without doors or curtains. When I was checking out the next morning, it appeared that he didn't want to solve the issue.

Brand new facilities just opened and they’re amazing BUT BUT BUT men and women are now segregated. As a family, you can NO LONGER be in the pool / water park together.

Amazing stuff. People there r very friendly and helpful. I had no issues with my airport free transfer and lunch box. Hotel looks new and clean with middle east luxury vibe. Definitely I'll recommend this place to all my friends.

Exceptional! The best hotel I've ever privileges enough to stay at. Overall, I had a great experience with Simma, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for family , friends and couple.

Simma is always our favourite place for staycation. It is a great place for family , couple and friends. The pool was very inviting , huge and fancy. We're so inloved with sumptuous buffet breakfast, other amenities such as billiard, ping-pong and karaoke were well- operated. The hotel is very flexible and versatile whatever the season/weather it may be. The management and staff were very accomodating and approachable, Mr. Shavkhat has been very welcoming and hands-on to make sure that all guests are properly assisted. The room has complete toiletries, clean and comfy. Excellent!
