The place is so good and very quiet and outside during the night very peaceful

I need my refund pliz I went there and meet a very big cobra snake just by my door and I couldn't stay.. Now they are refusing to refund me. I have the videos of the snake and the place soon I will post it on social media

The accommodation itself wasn’t too bad.
The property and grounds are unkept. The area felt very unsafe. Didn’t enjoy all the crawlies in the room. No milk when we arrived.

The area looked very unsafe and the property was located close to a very unsafe settlement with HIJACKING HOTSPOT signs posted outside the road. Upon arrival at the property gate I quickly tried to call the property with the number provided and no one picked up and quickly turned around with my wife and drove back about 20km to a safer location and booked in there. I tried to call again to see if the property owner would answer but still no answer I then contacted the customer care and only 2 hours after arriving to my safer location did a rude lady call me back and was very rude on the phone call and did not want to refund me. I was very deceived by this booking and would not like anyone else to go through this and make this mistake. This property is definitely a scam. If there were negative ratings I would rate it a negative.

They are imposters. They posted misleading pictures online, and what I expected to find I did not find! I was expecting to see animals and wanted a room with TV, but there was non of the above sadly.

There was no power 90 percent of our stay. And they don't have backup. There was no explanation as to why there's no electricity and when it's gonna come back

The room was clean and neat
The was no electricity the whole time. Cold water /shower due to no electricity. Manager kept telling us that it should be back in the next hour all the time. The pool was clean so you also couldn't use it

The stuff, Eunice, if i can remember, was very friendly and helpful . She is the only thing that can make me come back.
The bed is so bad,it makes sounds when you are sleeping, especially turning, when i woke up,my husband and i hand terrible back pains,the bad is very uncomfortable. The rooms don't have a bar fridge, and a small microwave or even an extra blanket was not offered . Even my other couples friends woke up with back pains,since the beds are uncomfortable, we had to book for a spa,cause my pregnancy friend was in to much pain and she did not have a good sleep,since she could hear the people in the next door room having sex. I don't understand why in that room there is a door between the rooms. My experience was bad.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly.
The kitchen was a lot smaller than I thought it would be , for the price. I guess it's more an overnight-type of place than long stay. I think this should be indicated in the description.

Eunice welcomed us at the main gate and was the perfect host. Very accommodating, professional and friendly. We went to a wedding and we set off the alarm by mistake at our unit when we got back at about 12:30am and Eunice still answered her cellphone to help us. Now that is service. The unit we stayed in (Honeymoon) was perfect. Clean, lovely setting and so peaceful. Was more than we expected.
Parking was a bit congested.

The property has an extra alcohol fee should you come with your own, and we had to upgrade with 500 for a room with aircon and no WiFi, the owner was a impatient lights went out and I couldn't take a bath cause there wasn't any hot water
