Dispone inoltre di 3 bagni. Maurizio è un host cortese e disponibile.

Maurizio has been a wonderful host. He's been quick to respond to any of the questions/extra requests that we had and he really went out of his way to help us out with parking our cars in a nearby garage and providing other transportation tips. The apartment was spacious and cozy and in very good location - walking distance to most of the attractions that we were planning to see in Naples. Overall, it's been a pleasant two-nights stay and we would definitely recommend the apartment to families and/or larger groups.

The highlight of this location is definitely the host, Maurizio. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was optimal. We had a late train on our day of checkout and he personally ensured the safekeeping of our luggage until that time and then helped us get a taxi to the train station. The location comfortably fits at least 6 people, with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Location is also quite central and very convenient to the main train station.

I wish there was a credit card or prepayment option

This apartment was just perfect. The best stay in Italy for my family. The apartment is large, with exceptional location, beautifully designed with everything needed. The best was the great host Mauritzio who was so nice, helpful and personal. I would highly recommend Casa Fiorito and would definately stay there again when we return to Naples.

The location is perfect many must see sights easily walkable and a stop for the hop on bus just around the corner. There are restaurants right at your front door. The apartment is very spacious and combines modern with traditional decor. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful meeting us on arrival and explaining all the features. Don't be concerned by the lobby of this very old building, the apartment is spacious and elegant.

I can't think of anything that was missing or really unsatisfactory. All of Naples is old and somewhat decayed a bit dirty and loud but that is what traveling is about.

It is an amazing location in the heart of the city, it is just like the description. It has spacious rooms, perfect for big families. The host is also very kind and helpful.

The host was so friendly and super helpful. He met us at the apartment and was able to get us a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. The apartment was centrally located in the heart of the historic district (and across the street from pizzeria da michele), clean, comfortable and very spacious (would accommodate a large group easily). We only stayed one night but the apartment was well stocked and would have been perfect for a longer stay. I would 100% recommend Maurizio's apartment!

The apartment was fantastic and really authentic, it had everything we needed and was very spacious with a separate area to eat and large bedrooms. We also had balconies that we could soak up the atmosphere of the area in the evening. A good area to stay if you want to visit all areas of Naples on foot or by train. Really fabulous.

Maurizio our host was kind and super helpful. The apartment is really nice - marble floors, balconies in each room, lounge, dining room and kitchen. very convenient location - short walk to station and at the edge of the historic center. Aircon works great which was nice on a hot day. There’s a lift for bags or a few guests to get to the 4th floor apartment.

Rooms were big for downtown Rome, and location was extremely central to everything (felt equidistant to everything). Room was nicely appointed, large, and comfortable.

Shower kept leaking all over the bathroom and the owners, while super nice, didn't speak any English. Totally understandable, but does make the whole transaction more difficult. Also, may have been me, but was confused by the whole breakfast thing which we apparently didn't get and I don't think was actually in the B&B. Just check how that works before booking. Lastly, while the location was very central, which was great, it was at a big, busy intersection. If your looking for a quiet little street, this wasn't it. With that said, there was no issue with noise in the room which was very quiet.

The host, Maurizio, kept in contact with me throughout the journey to the apartment. He met us there and was very friendly and accomodating. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed for our stay

Was noisy from the busy road but was all part of the Naples experience

The location was excellent in the Centro Storico, near to Duomo metro station and Garibaldi station. 20 min walk to the port. Additionally, round the corner are all the sites of the Historic centre. The famous Pizza Da Michele is opposite and you can look out of your balcony to time when to join the queue! Apartment has three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and balconies. There are three bathrooms (one is ensuite). There is a separate living area and reasonably well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning in all the rooms is powerful and much needed during the Neapolitan summer! The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building, but there is a small elevator that works well. Our host Maurizio was extremely helpful and provides useful tips about the surrounding area.

The hot water in the showers was a bit tempremental mid-shower.

Our host Maurizio exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent and the apartment was impeccable. Everything was clean and spacious. Can’t wait to go back!

It was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The architectural features were breathtaking. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our host Maurizio was the best, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be! I would highly recommend Casa Fiorito.

There is not one negative thing I can say.

Everything was just great in this place. The location , the facility , the host . Close to everything , just perfectly between the central station, old city, historical cites and shopping centers. Big and comfortable rooms. Maurizio the host ensured on daily base we have everything needed and was always there to help. Definitely recommended!!!

The location was awesome. It is literally right across the street from the most famous pizzeria in Naples. THat was a huge and unexpected bonus. It is also a short walking distance to the historical town of Naples.

The only small complaint is that we could not figure out the coffee machine. I think one of my friends did, but she was not around when I wanted a cup. It was not a big deal as directly below the apartment is an espresso/bar that sells coffee for 2 Euro's. So, it really wasn't a big deal. Maybe they should have instructions. I think it ran out of water. Also, when the owners parents tried to show me, they could not figure it out either. Water was coming out in two different places. Outside of that, we loved the apartment.

This was an amazing apartment in Naples. Tons of room and very close to the train stations. Rooms are large and spacious great for travel with family. Great value for your buck. The host was extremely helpful and checked in via whatsapp to help you with your plans for the day and was available to answer any questions you had regarding travel in and around Naples and the surrounding area.

Location is just perfect. Most important parts of the city can be reached by foot. Most deliciuos food just few steps away. very kind and helofull host will make your stay very comfortable! Recomend 100%

The property had everything. Prime location, fantastic facilities and affordable. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Naples city centre. Will be back in the future for sure.
