Good view(as expected on the 29th floor), and was convenient for shops bars etc.

The kitchen did not have the facilities we expected (as shown on apartment pictures) ie oven. The shower sprayed/leaked onto the bathroom floor then under the door into the living area, causing a slip and bruising. The TV set was very old, poor reception for Spanish tv channels and not compatible with any devices for alternative watching or even a functioning hdmi capable input. Wi-Fi signal was vert poor.

absolutely amazing, amazing lady named Feiza who sorted everything on arrival gave us the parking areas all good spots to go and eat and needed a balcony but the room window size is basically a balcony, amazing view of city from 15th

Great views, good location & excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed. Two balconies were useful to have some shade for breakfast.

Overall apartment was good. The view from 15th floor is excellent. Amenities were as described.

The appartment was next to the elevator and it was noisy from the elevator going up and down and doing some bumps on the road. There was a bug in the toilet, good that there wasnt any other at least seen by us.

The location being quite central, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay

interaction with the management company - they changed the check in times (between us booking the property and our arrival) and wanted to charge us Euro 30 for late check in. If it wasn't for the Booking.com customer service they would have had it their way. They also tried to give us a different apartment from the one we booked (we wanted the one on the 28th floor, they gave us instructions how to enter the apartment on the 8th floor) but this could have been a simple mistake.

With regards the apartment, the views were the best thing. Dirty undercovers on the beds. The bathroom absolutely stank, had to use wet toilet paper to block plug holes etc as the smell coming up through them was disgusting.

Honesty would improve it. Felt deceived by pictures that the apartment i was getting was a lot nicer. you had about 40 pictures advertising this apartment and only 6 of them were of the right one. you led me to believe the place was far nicer than it actually was. very very disappointed when i saw it. False advertising!!!!!

pictures not corresponding with the reality . Everything was old and poorly maintained . Very Communist Era looking ( I know what that means). We had problems with the Wi-Fi connection and had to use our roaming data for two days . The mattresses were very poor quality and I ended up with back pain by the end of the stay . Bed sheets weren’t white as intended, but a very yellowish looking thing. Poor electricity sockets ( the ground components were bent inside not allowing to plug anything in. I had to use a Swiss knife to push them agains the edges so I could plug in my chargers).

A lot smaller than the photos showed. The kitchen was very badly equipped. No instructions for using the kitchen appliances.
