The location.

No hot water, which meant no showers. Pubes in the bed and on the pillow, dead mosquito in the bed, dust everywhere. A broken chair in the toilet. The sink was broken in the kitchen. The hairdryer was disgusting. None of the photos matched the room we stayed in. Pillows felt like they were filled with old cotton wool. Floor coming apart. Smudges on the wall. Crooked photos hanging up. The check in area is a 5 min walk away in a different building. Myself & colleague couldn't wait to shower after checking out.

A hassle parking and going. To the hotel to check in and then driving to the garage for the car and then walking to the apartment. The parent was upstairs - 2 floors with no elevator so be prepared for a climb

Location, comfort, cleanliness, size, it was great. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Will stay again when we return, Prague is one of the most beautiful cities we've visited. We love Prague ❤💯

The residence is very central. Very convenient for foot walks in the historical centre. However, can be very crowdy around. The restaurant U Vojvodu could not find place for us, even though it was guaranteed in their descriptions. Moreover, the staff was rude and not friendly in this direction - sending us to look to places all over the restaurant ourselves. We did not like that there was no possibility to take food to the apartment - no carry-out option at theirs.

The apartment needs energy efficiency measures - with such high ceilings the hot radiators could not warm the rooms. The windows were blowing as well.

Spacious with plenty of beds and a separate room with a door. Warm and clean. Good location. Cleaners are helpful and friendly (reason why I rated higher). Good locks and secure.

Run down apartment. Kitchen needs an update, lacking light and lacking view, little privacy. bedside lamps in bedroom did not work and toilet seat was completely broken and beds uncomfortable and blankets lacking insulation. Barman from the bar below (bald man, glasses, about 6.2 ft cheated us when paying. So be advised. He gave us the bill for 1 pilsner beer and 1 natural small water that cost 197.00 CHF - i gave him 200.00 CHF and he complained it’s not enough? I said 200 was enough, then he complained that it does not include a tip. My mother, totally embarrassed, gave him 80.00-100 CHF tip, he immediately took the money and his attitude changed. I was shocked, i told him it’s “quite rude” and he got offensive and said it was only a joke and that he worked a 16.5 hours shift on 26 dec 2022 and that humor helped him get through the day. He never gave us the receipt and the staff only allowed us to pay by cash despite them accepting credit cards. @management - you should looking to the finance. To add, service was terrible, beer was 2/3 full. I lived in Prague for 8 years and my wife is Czech, while i now live in another country i know this bar man was scamming tourists and stealing from the bar.

The location and duplex apartment which is good for family

Check-in is far from the apartment and also parking garage is very fat

The apartment was at the perfect location with exciting things to do near by. Also, the rooms were spacious and beds comfy. There is an excellent restaurant in front if the apartment with great food and drinks.

perfect location in city center. Most of the tourists places are at walkable distance.

it is difficult to sleep as it is too loud outside because we need to open the windows due to heat in summer
