Brad's place was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and great for both small and larger groups. Brad was very responsive and helped answer all questions. Plus the views - you cannot beat the views, the photos don't do it justice. I would definitely stay here about on future trips!

Good property and accommodated our needs. The place needs a good deep clean found many areas dusty. The back deck was not cleared off and there was dog poop on the deck. We could not use that deck at all.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we've loved it both times. Owners are super nice and gave us lots of privacy. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the house. It was in a great spot for mountain access and was clean and easy. It can be a bit slick getting up to the house because the driveway is steep, but when it’s slick it has snowed, and that’s a good problem to have in Steamboat.

Exceptional place. Everything a family or group could want. Place is huge, clean and Brad made everything easy for check in. Full kitchen. Washer/Dryer. About a mile to gondola so a little far to walk in ski boots but we dropped skiers everyday and either had a snow boarder walk back or someone who wasn’t skiing. We’ll definitely return

Great place, right next to the skiing. Enjoyed Steamboat and environs. Plenty of room, good location and friendly owners.

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed the experience. The property is very nice and the decor is outstanding.

Had a wonderful time in Steamboat with the family. Pictures and description of place don’t give this place enough credit. Main floor is excellent for spending time together while decks around the house provide ample outdoor seating and opportunities for views. Enjoyed our stay!

The home is pretty, and the owners are very kind. The view off of the front porch is hard to beat! However, this location did not suit our needs for our trip. We had a larger group, it was all family - half of us were over the age of 50 and the rest around the age of 30. Though it did sleep everyone, the stay was not as expected. The owners live beneath the home connected to the garage, so you do not feel as though you are alone on a mountain retreat (which we were hoping for). The neighbors were also very close to the property, and they did complain a couple of times about noise during the day. We respected the house, the neighbors, and cleaned prior to leaving. We feel we were charged for damage we did not do since most of our time was spent exploring Steamboat, though I am unable to verify this as we did not take photos upon arrival. Overall, I miss-judged the property listing upon booking for our group and expectations. This would be a great stay for some, however, we would have enjoyed a home with a little more privacy.

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples, small kids and dogs. The view of the valley is spectacular and you can walk or take the shuttle to the mountain. There was a slight snafu with supplies bu Brad was responsive and addressed the issue quickly. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This was one of our favorite Vrbo. We choose a different town every Christmas for our family to gather. This was ok too for a great property

Gorgeous home in a classic mountain setting. This home is all about comfort and has all the amenities of a great hotel, but far more personal. We had a family gathering over several days. The venue was the perfect setting for our time together. Our hosts were very responsive to and quick to reply to questions. Thank you!

The townhouse is in a convenient location and has great amenities. Brad is a fantastic host.

Although most things above are rated 5, my overall rating was lower as there were no screens in the family room or the kitchen so there was very little ventilation

House is located hot neighborhood next to ski resort (Steamboat Grand is a 5 minute walk). Fantastic views of the valley. We even had 3 bear cubs climb the trees down the street. Kids got a big thrill from that. One of the few times I can say the pictures do not do justice to the property. Did not want to leave. Will be back.

Great place for groups to stay - big communal area for lounging and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our time here, and would definitely stay again.
