Everything you want on a beach getaway! Ocean front beach and great restaurants steps away from your condo! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

I always prefer oceanfront room but the balcony did have a pretty good view. The room itself was quite nice, perhaps too much furniture. Did enjoy the stay and would stay here again.

Except for small bed in master bedroom it had nice amenities and was right on beach.

Very cozy. View was nice very clean. Only thing there was only one sand chair & the deck chairs we didn’t use. we always bring our own beach chairs and use them. We would stay again.

The space was clean and easy to access. The host was accommodating when we needed to check out a little later and responded quickly. Location could not have been better for what we were looking for. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Great place and location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star on cleanliness is bc it has too much accessories, there is no way the cleaning staff can dust with their limited timeframe.

We loved Fernandina Beach itself! This was our first visit there! The building itself was clean, secure and nice. We had a couple maintenance issues and the owner addressed these immediately. Excellent! The kitchen was clean and adequate. The size of the unit was ok for just two of us, but very tight. The listing had very few pictures of the unit and we know why. The picture of the living room seemed very dark. We were told it was a southwest theme. Well, it was just too heavy and dark for the beach and kind of spoiled the atmosphere. There was only a very uncomfortable sofa and a wood rocker. Very uncomfortable for relaxinThe bedroom armoire was way too big and took up the whole room. There was though, a nice big closet. We were very frustrated that there was no balcony furniture to speak of. When we asked we were told it was two folding chairs and a folding table. Well, my husband is 6’3” 275 lb. A folding chair to enjoy morning coffee? Also, the picture off the balcony with coffee, again deceiving. We wanted ocean front. This was ocean view. For us, a big difference. Neither of the tvs worked well. We constantly had to mess with them. The one in the bedroom is very small way up high as it is on the big armoire. I wish the extra bath towels had been in sight. We spent the whole week with the same towels (yuck). On the day we were leaving and checking to confirm we had everything, we saw them. Please throw the throw rugs away! Nasty. No boardwalk to beach.
