Comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly host. This Hotel is definately to recomment!

Location was excellent - central to the city and near our friends. Because of the hot weather, they offered us a room on the ground floor that would be cooler than the room we had reserved, which was very kind. They also responded quickly to a small problem we had on our first day there, for which we were thankful.

No problems - 100% satisfied and happy with our stay.

great location, close to public transport (route 11 tram) and heaps of restaurants, bars and cafes.

smell of smoke - property is not non-smoking. it wasn’t overpowering, but it was there.

apartment was spacious and well equipped. high standard of fittings, nicely furnished.

The Pension is very close to HTWK (Leipzig University of Applied Sciences), about 5 min walk to Guttenberg Bau which was excellent for me. By tram, you can reach city center in 10-15 min. The tram comes every 9-10 min. Also, the Pension has a lot of restaurants and fast foods in its vicinity and the choices are so diverse that a week might not be enough to try them all. The Pension is in an apartment building on a quiet street so there isn't any noise. The apartment was clean, spacious, with a nice smart TV and an ok wifi (6 mb download, and 4 mb upload) - enough for Netflix :) The owner was very kind and waited for me even though it was Easter night and I had very bad connections to Leipzig. Moreover, he was willing to offer me late check out.

Only two suggestions: 1. You can offer also a shower gel/shampoo, not only liquid hand soap 2. For guests that stay more than 2-3 nights, a towel change would be nice (or maybe extra towels in the closet)

It was the perfect place to stay. Surprisingly peaceful and quite while just a step away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Very comfortable bed, nice TV, good bathroom, it has elevator.

I felt like the owner suspected that I would smoke in the room, even though I said many times I don’t smoke. It was funny but uncomfortable.

The person who checked us in was very friendly, gave us advice on the area and how to get to the city centre using public transport and even helped us out by printing some tickets we had forgotten to print before our trip! The city centre is not close by foot, but can be reached in 10-15 minutes by tram.

Wonderfully located in the Süd-Vorstadt, just off Karl Liebknecht-Straße with its restaurants and bars. Newly refurbished rooms, modern furniture, comfortable beds, incredible value for the price.

The owner can come across a bit surly, but don't let that discourage you.
