Ich habe ein komplett eingerichtetes 1bd / 1ba Ferienhaus am Wasser mit toller Aussicht.
Dieses Cottage verfügt über große Betten, Gasheizung, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV, WLAN, eine Klimaanlage, eine Mikrowelle, einen Außengrill, einen Außenkamin, eine Veranda, eine Anlegestelle und Zugang zu einem 90-Fuß-Privatstrand und einer Bootsrampe. Es gibt auch ein Ruderboot und ein Paddelboot, die Sie kostenlos nutzen können. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen, und es kann vorkommen, dass Hundesitter verfügbar sind (fragen Sie uns!).
Tolles Angeln, Wasserski fahren und Schwimmen am Pemigewasset in abgeschiedener Lage ohne all die Touristen! In der Nähe des Franklin Falls Damms und seiner 3900 Hektar großen malerischen Wanderwege!
Nur 4 Meilen von RT. 93 (Ausfahrt 22), 2 Meilen zu Lebensmittelgeschäften und nur 6 Meilen zu den beliebten Tanger Outlet Stores in Tilton.
Wir sind saisonal und vom 15. Mai bis 15. Oktober geöffnet.

This was our first time here and it was absolutely amazing. Jane and John are amazing hosts. We will definitely return. It was quiet, peaceful and the perfect trip for us and our dog Aspen.

Spent two nights at Cabin #2 on the river. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Inside and out as advertised. Loved having our own dock. Our dog had the best time swimming and hanging out on the dock. A great get-a-way location!

I stayed here alone over a holiday week. Very clean cottage with nice deck and lawn down to the river. Gas grill and stove both worked no problem. Hot water. Reliable internet. Nice fire pit with chairs and tables. Overall very comfortable.

A very peaceful get away from our very busy lives. We spent a great deal of time kayaking and paddle boarding, with evenings by the fire. This is one of the most peaceful places I’ve been. A great getaway.

Riverfront Rustic atmosphere! Great place to unwind and enjoy simple pleasurable moments. Host, John, was very nice and accommodating.

Very relaxing and Great Waterview ! Loved the paddle boats and fishing . Jane and John we’re very hospitable . Would’ve loved a queen size bed but was OK with a double bed .

Loved the cottage, it had everything we needed and the view was amazing! Took the pedal boat out a couple of times and it was so peaceful.
The dogs loved it too!!
John was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying there.

One of the most peaceful places I have been. River is ideal and the cottage was perfect. Short drive to great hikes. Really can’t wait to return.

My husband and I enjoyed a few days working remotely here with our two pups. The cottage was cozy and the views were awesome. We were able to get out on our paddle boards during the day and enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings. Hosts were quick to communicate and help us out when a small issue came up. Close to some great breweries and hiking/walking spots. Overall Great stay :)

Unfortunately, we didn't have too much time to enjoy the quaint little cabin on the river. It was however adorable and super picturesque. We hope to visit again before too long.

Everything from beginning to the end was great! The cottage had everything we needed. Jane and her son John were helpful if we needed anything. John took us out on the boat on the river. It was so nice! The leaves were starting to change. It was a perfect fall weekend!

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for to find some peace for a few days. We loved the easy access to use our kayaks and paddle board. The owners were kind and helpful and the view was stunning! We loved being able to have our dog with us too! We will definitely be back!

Extremely relaxing!! Even the dogs approved!!
This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken! The property is absolutely beautiful, the river is clean, the cabin is comfortable, and the owners are extremely hospitable and helpful while also respecting our privacy. We took our 2 large Dutch Shepherd dogs and I am pretty sure they would have happily stayed there forever! We spent most days fishing, kayaking, hiking (White Mountains and Lake Winnipesaukee are only about a 45 min drive), taking naps in the hammock, exploring town and the Franklin Falls Dam, or swimming with the dogs. We spent most nights grilling dinner and having campfire s'mores. Very quiet area, solitude bliss. Thank you for everything Jane & John!! We will be back! We stayed 7 nights & I could have easily stayed another 7 :)

Beautiful View
Love love love our stay. Waking up to a beautiful view! And it was so peaceful and quiet. We lucked out with the warmer than usual weather for September in NH. The house was as described and pictured and was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The hosts greeted us and made themselves available if we had had any questions/concerns but otherwise left us alone. We were invited to a boat ride/tour and I say it’s a must!! If you get invited- don’t hesitate- go for it! The river is calm and was perfect for paddling and fishing. I recommend, it’s the first place I’ve stayed where I can’t wait to come back again next year!

This place is a postcard and you're in it....
Listing and photos are spot-on. John was great on the communication prior and during my 3 day visit. The cabin just as described and photographed.
Very much enjoyed the evening pontoon boat ride with the other guests. Watching the bald eagle fish for dinner was amazing to see.
This place is off the beaten path and is very peaceful.
Bella the rescue lab was an extra bonus.

A great, peaceful stay!
The Pemi Shore cottage was a quiet, peaceful stay on the river for a short stay with my pup. The cabin is small and rustic (perfect for two people), warm in cooler fall weather and has great outdoor amenities including a big fire pit and patio to watch the sunsets. The owners were kind and even dropped off a bone for the dog!

Quiet, pleasant and lots to see
John and Jane were great hosts. The place was clean and they were very kind and helpful.
Once the weather cooperated, we had a great time hiking the area and letting Pete jump in the river.
Overall it was a great time and we look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful vacation
This really nice cottage is located in such a beautiful, peaceful area. We loved boating and just sitting by the water. So pretty. We will definitely be going again!

Idyllic retreat
This cottage is the perfect little getaway. Jane and John are absolutely wonderful people who make you feel you are truly at home. If you are looking for sunsets, fires, boating, swimming, and peace, look no further. Pemi Shore cottages has all that you need and more.

It was one of the BEST rentals! Jane and John are great people.
We arrived 4 hours early to see what was the earliest we could check in because we had to leave our home early due to having our floors refinished. Jane and John promptly went into our rental and prepared for us to begin our stay. We had a peaceful couple of days with our fur babies Rustie and Bobbie. John and Jane also took us out on a boat ride which was a bonus. We will definitely be back next year.!!

The cabin was very cute in a secluded quiet location. My daughter enjoyed the beach. Owners were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Sister get away - early bday gift
I rented this property for my sister and I, her 31st bday is coming up and I figured some time away from three kiddos would be much needed and appreciated. We had the BEST time. We brought our kayaks, some lawn games, music and enjoyed our long weekend. John and his mother were so warm and welcoming- they treat you like neighbors you’ve known for years. We enjoyed the pontoon ride with other stayers and Miss Marylin. They were even gracious enough to offer us another night to stay ( the next renters weren’t able to make it when planned) or even extend the time instead of 11am check out- but due to having to be back to work on Monday and booking a zip lining tour at gunstock on Sunday we did not stay... but if we did not have prior commitments we definitely would have. My sister had such an amazing, time she is already talking about bringing her family next summer so they can enjoy it as well. We will most definitely be back! Thank you all so much, you made this weekend so perfect and we couldn’t be happier.
