Our family of 5 stayed here and we loved it. Plenty of space to spread out. Cute galley kitchen. Good TV access. And access near ski slope was good. I recommend this rental.

We stayed here early August. The chalet was very clean and all amenities listed were there. Convenient location particularly for Omni Resort. Very peaceful spot with foresty feel. We had some visits from wildlife. Only drawback if you are elderly is the steps up to the front door.

The property was in excellent condition and very spacious. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. It was in a great location for visiting Mt. Washington, Cog Railway, Flume Gorge, and hiking trails in Crawford Notch.

Wonderful location and home. Traveled with 3 children 4 and under to explore NH and the nearby theme parks. Highly recommend and great communication.

Place is not good with small kids way too many stairs and can only park 2 cars. One bedroom had no door and no heavy curtains to block light

Great place for a ski vacation

We had an easy and lovely ski get away. The condo was well equipped and perfect for our trip.

The condo had plenty of room for our weekend getaway with two families (four adults, two teens, one child). It was very convenient to the ski resort. We were able to park our cars in the lot early and walk down when we were ready. The shuttle to the Mount Washington Hotel was very convenient as well. The condo was very well stocked with supplies so we didn't have to worry about running out of anything. I would mention a couple of things to keep in mind. It will get cold in the loft room if you have a fire during the evening. The thermostat is on the main level and when we had a fire going, the heat shut off, so the loft room was not very warm. There are extra blankets up there, though. The ice machine on the fridge was not working, but there is an Irving a few minutes from the condo. The last thing I would mention is that with the cleaning fee charged, having to wash two loads of sheets was a bit time consuming the morning of our departure.

Several of my siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our mothers 75th birthday at this perfectly located, very clean, well equipped condo on Bretton Woods. The home owners could not have made it more enjoyable.

We had a great weekend at this beautiful, clean condo. We were in the area for a wedding weekend and this condo was perfect. John is very responsive and accommodated is with an early check in. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are super comfy. One of our guests even checked out the label of the mattresses so they could purchase one. The condo is very comfortable, our 87 year old mother appreciated the extra blankets to cuddle in as she is always chilly😄 Thank you for a great weekend. Mark & Angie

This is a very comfortable property with everything you need for a weekend getaway. The home is conveniently located near the Omni Mount Washington hotel which makes it a great alternative to the hotel when attending events at the hotel. We attended a family wedding and I am so glad that we stayed at this beautiful home so that we had more room to stretch out and relax.

It was very easy

Great location. About 5 minutes to Mount Washington Hotel (Condo allows for free access to the resort), close to cog railway and Santa’s village. 2 bedrooms and a loft. The owner, John, was super accommodating and great to communicate with. Renter is responsible for washing linens at end of stay. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3 families) so it was a good amount of laundry to do before checking out. That was the biggest drawback-as a parent on vacation I just don’t want to worry about laundry!

John was very responsive before, during and after our stay! The condo was bigger than we anticipated and the perfect place to wind down with little ones after a day at Santa’s Village. Will certainly try to stay here again for future trips!

While communication with owner was prompt, the passcode couldn't be entered & the backup key wasn't in lockbox. The maintenance guy came & let us in after 30-min wait. Then we finally got to bed, we couldn't turn A/C on & it was suffocatingly hot. Owner asks we do a load of laundry before leaving, but washer spin function didn't work. We tipped maintenance/cleaning folks via Venmo a decent tip considering everything & it was not acknowledged. Not stellar.

Very nice Forest Cottage unit in good condition. Very well equipped with basic necessities that you don't always fine - dishes, laundry soap, games, internet, etc. Great layout and comfortable bedding. Great communications with the owner. Not ski in or ski out, but a short walk to the beginner slope. It would have been nice to have a supply of wood for the fireplace, or better yet a gas fireplace. Otherwise, a great experience. Looking forward to a return trip.

Excellent location. Easy access to slopes from unit. Cross country just a short distance away by car. We enjoyed both! Unit was fully equipped. My son and his family loved having the loft area to themselves. John, the owner, provided great information for our stay and was available by text/phone if we needed. We'll be back!

Condo was upgraded and in great condition. Easy Walking distance to slopes. Great wood fire place. Will definitely book again in the future.
