Great location, good restaurant.

This property is best described as a restaurant with rooms. The lack of communal areas, lack of staff outside of restaurant opening times and lack of breakfast provision was disappointing. The smoke detector in the room had been removed. The room itself was good though.

The location is perfect for Leer City, The Bar-Restaurant of the 360 Hotel has become famous in the City, and locals prefer to have their dinner there. Congrats to the staff and to the owners.

The Hotel does not serve breakfast. Nevertheless, you can find something to eat very close to the hotel.

Very good locality and neat place

Tiny room and annoying cleaning staff. The cleaning staff keep knocking on the door even don’t disturb sign.

Perfect location in the heart of old city with parking right outside (most days). Nice clean and comfortable room.

Very nice, comfortable and clean hotelroom with downstairs an italian restaurant with terrific food. And of course we liked very much the location in the centre of Leer.

Nice location! In wlking distance to train station, directly in city centre (but in quiet side street), many cafés and restaurants nearby. Room modern, comfy and clean.

Everything was great.

The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The food from the included restaurant was excellent. The location was very central though very loud at times.

The smell of garlic from the included restaurant was disgusting. There was a city party while we stayed so there was loud singing way past 1 in the morning. There was no cable TV with only 2 channels to chose from. For its size and facilities it was way overpriced.

Very supportive and helpful staff and easy check-in (even late). Good breakfast options in several bakeries around (keep in mind: no offer in the hotel itself). Nice coffee roastery just opposite the road.

Great location very central in Leer. In close walking distance to many cafés, right next to the harbour, and also only ten minutes to the train station. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant (keep in mind: no breakfast offered).

Parking space is in front of the hotel, so it can be noisier at late times.

Location

Room 21 had faulty electrics on the bedside lamp, the noise kept me awake all night. We had to book 2 single rooms as there were no doubles available. I asked at check in if the situation had changed since booking but was told we still needed the 2 rooms. Realised after seeing the rooms that we could have both stayed in one room as it had a pull out bed and a single bed but the hotel didn't offer us this.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the rooms are in very good shape.

The room had a nice sized TV, but only a few channels were available, all RTL related, not the choice of program for everybody. Please subscribe to more channels.

The room and bathroom are modern. The bed us comfy. There is free public parking nearby from 6PM onwards. In the centre, so good for a stroll

It isn't very quiet especially when the staff from the restaurant clean up. There is no breakfast, but this isn't that bad as there are bakeries around the corner. The WLAN isnt very strong

Wi-fi was sufficient, but could be a little faster.

The hotel is excellently located in the middle of town. The rooms are clean, modern and stylishly designed. On Saturdays there's a market in the morning in the front of the hotel. The attached restaurant is a nice place to chill: great pizzas and excellent value for money cocktails!

If the room would have had a fridge, it would have been even better!

To be so close to the center of this wonderful little town. Do you have a nice restaurant in the same building The stuff was really helpful and polite and efficient

From Friday to Saturday night it was loud outside, a sort of big party took place right beneath my window….

Great location, clean hotel, good value for money.

Nice comfortable modern rooms, easy checking with helpful staff. Added bonus of a nice bar and restaurant which serves great pizza (shame about the beer selection though)

no lift, partying people can be disturbing at a weekend night. breakfast not available (yet) on the premises itself (at bakery 20m) Reception and check out felt a bit like arriving / leaving through the backdoor

Great location directly at the waterside, local market and city center, very friendly staff, nice, modern and comfy rooms, plus nice bar and restaurant!
