Very nice experience. The wifi did not work most of our stay, but the host was very good about communicating with us to find a resolution. Overall very happy with our first air B&B experience.

Host responsive to communication. Nice to have parking spot. You can walk easily to the south Mission Beach or to the bay side. We watched the Sea World fireworks from the bay a couple nights. Pizza, tacos, and coffee with-in walking distance. It was me and my young adult daughter. We felt save walking and staying in this area. Would go back if we can some time.

Home mostly as advertised but could be refreshed a bit. Traffic noise is notable. Beach is close by and beautiful. Overall a reasonable value.

The property was perfect for just the two of us. The owners were so nice letting us know it was ready if we wanted to check in early. The property is located further down Mission Blvd and surrounded by lots of owner occupied houses so very quiet at night (no party crowd lol).

Location is perfect! Right between 2 great beaches for our toddler! Loved the use of the chairs and umbrella! Only downside of the property was the minimal kitchen supplies. Also, we were under the impression this was a one bedroom, but realistically it was a studio. Worked fine for our family of 3! Thanks!

Looked exactly like description. Very cute and clean. Would recommend.
Pros: clean and close to beach. The added beach chairs to take to the sand were a nice extra. Also an umbrella for the sun. Not excessive in the amount of leftovers by past renters. Like expired food and seasoning left in cupboards which was nice. The Jetty at the end of the island was nice to watch surfing at sunset. Even had beach fires to warm up after getting splashed. It's about a 17 minute walk or 1 mile to Belmont park. So you're away from all the traffic but close enough to walk or drive. There are a couple restaurants and markets and 2 bars in between.
Cons: I messaged the host about extending my stay by 1 night all I got in response was an automated reply about directions and restaurants in the area. When I received my code for the door it was addressed to a name that wasn't mine. Kinda weird but I was still able to check in. A broom to use would've been nice. No matter how much you try to get sand off there's always some left. You could feel it on the floor. Extra set of towels would be nice. A 4 day stay with one set of nice bath towels was kinda pushing it. There were extra flimsy and cheap white towels in a cupboard but not nice like the original bath towels. And the bathroom vanity is very small. No room to get ready with.
Overall it was a great stay. We had an absolute blast and enjoyed the condo very much.

Overall we loved the place. The only complaint about the property was that the bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly besides that the place was great!

The location is at the end of Mission Blvd where it's quiter. It was an easy walk to the beach with the provided chairs, etc. It was great to have private parking because you can't find parking on the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, clean, modern and close to the beach. Check in was easy. Nice to have a designated parking spot as well. Just be aware of flight patterns overhead but airport shuts down late evening so it’s quiet at night. Would def stay here again!

This is a small place, but just fine for a couple. Clean, cute and the beach chairs and umbrella were a nice plus. The parking spot is small, but doable. Only complaint was that the mattress was not comfortable for us. A great place, especially for the price!

Very clean, comfy bed, great location. Quiet at night despite daytime bustle and traffic. Super handy for beach and bay and much nicer than the Belmont end of the street. Khin was a great host.

Nice little studio condo within a short walk from Mission Beach. The parking spaces at this complex are rather small and tight. Communication with the owners to check-in was good. The original door code did not work. Some of the cable tv channels (mainly sports channels) did not work after the first night, not sure if subscription ran out. Luckily, I had my laptop and watched YouTube TV via the wifi. No grocery stores or nice restaurants nearby so we just ordered via DoorDash or Grubhub.

The property was clean and efficient. It is at the very end of Mission Beach so you are away from the bustle however still walking distance to everything along the Beach. Easy access to bay and sound. There is quite a bit of noise from airplanes taking off and flying over beginning about 6:30am each morning so if you are prone to sleeping in, maybe something to consider.

Mission Beach!
We got off to a bumpy start, arriving to a room that hadn't been cleaned - but Karina promptly answered, suggested places for dinner on her and within a 2 1/2 hours we were able to check-in! This was our 2nd time staying here & we'll be back. The kitchen and view are my favorite part about this unit.

Beach Escape
Property was very clean and smelled fresh. The air conditioning was a great plus, we used it at night and it camouflaged the street and airport sounds. The south end of the beach is much less crowded than the north end.

Girls Get Away
Nice, clean condo with most everything you need for your stay. Close to markets and Belmont Park was in walking distance. The beach was close. Parking was tight, but very nice to have your own spot due to very crowded street parking. Not far from some attractions. Communication with host was great and would definitely stay again !!

This end unit was ideal! Close to beach and to the SDU students we were moving in close by. Super light, clean, good amenities and good coffee! Will be back soon!

My stay at Mission Beach
This condo was very nice and clean. A studio, but big enough for two of us. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The 2 parks on each side are great areas. The only con I have is it is not close to restaurants or shops, so driving is involved.

A nice stay
This was a very cute place. It was at the quiet end of the beach with stores and restaurants less than a 10 minute walk. Close to the beach too. I felt safe staying there alone. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work but aside from that--great stay.

Great spot close to the beach.
This is the perfect place for two people to enjoy San Diego. The condo is very open with lots of light. I had trouble with the kuerig but there was a regular coffee pot do it was a minor issue. Also the squeaky bathroom door should be fixed. The parking was excellent and the location was great. Everything about this place met or exceeded my expectations!

Condo in Mission Beach
We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we had a really good time. The condo has a great kitchen and adequate sleeping area and bathroom. The plane noise started promptly at 6 am ,we are not early risers so found this a bit annoying . No problems with parking, it was tight but ok. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in beautiful San Diego.

Easy Breezy
This property is perfect for getting out and enjoying the water. We got in some paddleboarding in the calm waters of mission Beach and also enjoyed watching the waves of the ocean just minutes away from each other. Beaumont park is also in walking distance with a nice trail along the ocean beach. The hosts are fantastic! The property was well stocked with dishes etc. We had a great stay.

Perfect Place for a Beach Vacation

Great little place to stay. We don’t spend our time in the house we lived on the beach, eating, and partying. It was a great location for that.

Nice stay in great location
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The code to get in wasn’t sent to us right away but one call to the owner and she was very prompt to get it to us that second. We had no issues with the property except the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as it could be, but the cool breeze was fine too.
The property location was exactly what we were looking for though. It was away from the hub of where everything was, so it was quiet and secluded. Yet it was a close walk to Belmont Park and shopping. Electric scooters were a great option to get somewhere reasonably quick. Definitely would stay here again and highly suggest this for a couple that’s looking for a nice getaway.
