Breakfast is available from 8am - 1pm and has a lot of choices, very extensive, and great coffee. Personnel is very friendly Nice swimming pool, not very large, just sufficient.

Parking is free on the road, but very busy neighborhood so very little parking space, and walk 400m. The lift is very old, small, and only for 1 person at a time.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, available from 8am to 1pm: you could find anything from salty food to sweets, coffee, juices. Staff were super friendly: they let me enter the room at 10am and were always available for any request. Air conditioning inside the room great. Free parking in front of the hotel. Hotel checkout was at 12pm, late enough to let you organise for leaving. Position was 5-10 minutes to city centre by walk. In front of the hotel a nice place to get a traditional piadina.

My room was dirty; forniture was very old: you had to pull strong to open the drawers; shower poured very little water and to get hot water you needed to wait like 2 minutes; to dry off your hair you needed to plug a flying wire from the bathroom to the bedroom as there was no plug inside the bathroom; bed was uncomfortable; lift had like 150 years; gym was very dirty and never cleaned since a long time. Paid 310€ for 2 nights and 2 people in a weekend of end July: definitely too much for a place with all these cons. If I choose a 4-star place is because I expect something more than a standard 3-star. Even if I appreciated very much staff courtesy, I would not choose this hotel again.

The location right in front of the lake is superb.

The staff at breakfast seemed somewhat inefficient and occasionally stressed.
