The apartment is wonderful with everything you need

Poor booking experience: having to provide proof of home address and photo was a hassle which I've never had with Airbnb.The staircase to the flat was like the grotty stairs to a down-market bedsit, with scuffed and dirty walls in need of a repaint. There were no oven gloves or tea towel provided in the kitchen, so I had to use a towel to get hot food out of the oven and dry the plates and cutlery. It was hot when we arrived but only one fan was provided For £150 for one night, I expected a lot more than this very poor experience.

Lots of light and windows facing trees on a wide quiet street, plenty of space. The large bedroom was really nice, clean and comfortable. The automatic lighting in the kitchen and bathroom was very useful specially for my friend. I forgot my toiletries bag and when I made contact via email, they offered to send it to me by post at no extra cost. Really good!

The shower tap needed fixing. I did let them know after checking out. I'm sure they've fixed it now but it should have been checked prior to our arrival.

The flat is in a nice street, with an easy walk into town. Nicely decorated and clean throughout.

Check in went smoothly, door and key codes easy to understand. What a fabulous apartment! Spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. The bed was super comfy. I liked the automatic /motion sensitive lighting, although the bathroom light mostly stayed on regardless! I was really impressed with the TVs, and being able to watch Netflix, just like at home! I had a really comfortable and enjoyable week, and hope to return again in the future.

I loved everything about the apartment (no complaints there), but I was occasionally disturbed by noise from the apartment above. (Though I imagine the apartment below me could also hear me from time to time!)

The automatic lighting was a bit awkward and the forms to fill in after booking were quite excessive for a one night stay.

perfect location - very clean - large and spacious.

bit noisy overhead as it is a flat. No washing up liquid - no antibacterial spray despite a nite from the management company saying there would be due to covid - no bag to put the dirty linen in, despite it also saying there would be from the management co.

Excellent Wi-Fi. Very easy walk in to town. Small Tesco shop nearby. Good quality furnishings.

A grab handle on the wall by the bath would be a good addition for us older folk.

The interior of the apartment was nice and it was clean.

The check in was a bit overkill, with a requested £100 deposit (which I still haven't received back nearly a week later) and I had to email them ID with my address on it. The entrance to the building was also a bit run down.

The flat was in a great location. It had lots of character and was extremely comfortable. It was also well equipped. We loved the bay window in the lounge.

Ventilator in the bathroom seemed to be permanently on.

Nice, spacious 2 bed property in a great location. Really nicely decorated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to stay when visiting Folkestone.

No real complaints as we liked it very much. The kitchen could use some more utensils and crockery (and ideally a dishwasher) and supplies like oil, teabags etc as it’s a bit of a pain buying these things just for a couple of days.

Lovely large flat, clean, well located for town centre and Leas. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walking distance. Car parking space was very useful. The host was very helpful and responded to our enquiry promptly.

The flat is lovely, classic furniture with a modern touch. It is also clean, good space, and got enough facilities. The host picks up the phone quickly and very friendly. The neighbourhood is quiet. the tesco express and cafe are only 5 minutes walk. We enjoy our time in Folkstone and the accommodation.

We didn't know we need to go to another site for payment, so slight confusion in the beginning for payment, but sort it after the host explained. It's a shame we were not able to extend our stay :(

All information about key collection and codes were accurate and easy to follow, and sent through in good time for arrival. Great sized rooms with everything you need. Kitchen had all the pots and pans you would need along with the utensils. Clean and modern kitchen and bathroom. Free parking on the street outside, a convenient location to shops/restaurants and the sea front. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The property was absolutely spotless. We loved the furnishings. Short walk to beach. Short walk to local shops/high street/bars/ restaurants. Loved the immaculate decor.

Spacious comfy flat. My son loved having a TV in his room.

Being plunged into darkness in the bath. Took a while to figure out you have to move to wave your arms to the lights back on. Hard to find a parking spot.

This was the second time my 12 year old son and I have stayed at this accommodation. As noted in my previous review it is a lovely well presented property with easy access to the beach and town.

Nothing not to like it was great and it served us well. We will likely stay again.
