The property is in a very good location, very close to Malhao beach and 10 minutes away from Vila Nova de Mil Fontes. The hosts are so pleasant and warm, they really take care of the place and treat the guests very well.

Beds are too soft for us, but that really depends and varies from people to people.

Grounds seemed overgrown and lacking maintenance. The property seemed neglected and in need of a major overhaul. The bathroom needed a complete refit as it had primitive sanitary fittings and the tiles badly needed regrouting. The sun beds needed replacing as badly stained, the playground was neglected and overgrown. The BBQ area was badly neglected and clearly hadn’t been used for some time. The pool was dirty around the tile areas and had stained and cracked tiles. There was poor WiFi.

Breakfast was just amazing. And Yulia and her mother are really nice. Location is awesome, between Vila Nova de Milfontes and Porto Côvo and very close to Malhão Beach, one of the best in this region.

The staff, care and breakfast was wonderful. Also very clean.

The room needs update.

The accommodation is in a very quiet place, and the fact that they are small houses helps a lot in COVID times. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they were careful to call before we arrive there, gave us suggestions on places to visit and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast by the pool, lots of variety and every day we had pancakes or biscuits. Julya offered the cake for us to eat during the day.

The only things that could be improved are the bed mattress and the internet signal in the room (because sometimes was not the best).

No shower by the pool and no Wi-Fi on the studio

The location is privileged for getting to know Vila Nova de Mil Fontes and the surrounding beaches, while staying away from the busy center of Milfontes (5 minutes away by car). The room was very spacious, much more than the average sized room, with a wonderful bathroom and a small nook with several appliances and amenities (microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, small table, wine glasses, etc - everything you need on your holidays), as well as a welcome basket with fresh fruit (apples, oranges, bananas, pears). Furthermore, despite the proximity to the main road, the nights were quite quiet (you could sometimes lightly hear the cars passing by on the nearest road) as the rooms are facing away from the road. The bed was very comfortable with its wonderful soft mattress. The pool area was very quiet and guarded from the wind, where you can spend hours resting with the provided sun beds and patio umbrellas. The hostess Yuliya is the soul of the place and made our stay even better. Her pancakes are not to be missed, and the whole breakfast is a 5 stars experience.

The wi-fi access inside the room was spotty (outside near the pool it was ok). Regulating the water temperature in the bath could be a challenge for people with low mobility (the faucet handle is near the floor).
