We like the shower and the cooker and the double bed and that was it.

Well there was nowhere comfortable to sit the settee was like sitting on a lump of wood.the chairs were only suitable for children.we were there for a month the uncomfortable month that we have ever had.in the Wright up we were lead to believe that there was patio and a nice eating .eating area but no, a front door and a chair.we are an elderly couple and we like our comforts and have certain standards.

The location for the Old Town, beaches (Poniente was the closest), bars and restaurants was perfect. The apartment was lovely and clean and had all the facilities we needed with the exception of 'what I didn't like' shown below. The bathroom and shower were excellent as was the air conditioning (noting that the outside temp was hitting 45 deg C during our stay). The supermarket/market is just around the corner and had everything we required for our stay of 15 nights. The kitchen has a Gusto coffee machine and the fridge freezer was superb for keeping ice and cool drinks.

The property was (and still is) described as having an 'Outdoor dining area' and a 'Patio' which was one of the main reasons that I booked this apartment. I would like to emphasise that it had NEITHER of these, so there was no where for us to sit OUTSIDE in the mornings for breakfast or to take in the evenings with a pre-dinner drink. The information/description given on the booking.com website for this property is misleading and incorrect. I don't consider sitting out in the street (if that is what is implied) as a suitable description for a patio area and certainly not suitable for outdoor dining. Our check-in (meeting to collect the keys) was supposed to be 12:00pm, we couldn't get into the apartment until gone 2pm.

- sofa bed is awful so uncomfortable that it is not possible to sleep on, raised with host who tried to resolve but still had problems - Drain in the shower takes a long time to drain, can see this was raised in 2020 by another customer and still not sorted - due to sofa bed being so uncomfortable and apartment being to small for 5 people (no way a group of 6 can stay here) we left 2 nights early and stayed else where - host refused any compensation as we had to leave and pay for another hotel - host is rude and a lier

Great little apartment in a fantastic location, situated in the heart of the old town very close to 'Tapas Alley' and 1 min from Balcon del Mediterraneo. Very clean and fresh, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, so well sized for our group of 3 friends. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine and a really good sized supermarket 2-3 mins walk away.

I won't describe it as a 'don't like' but there's no outside space. Property states it has a patio but this isn't somewhere you can sit and is simply an internal 2m sq open air column next to the twin bedroom where you can air washing. It's ground floor so on the plus side there are no stairs to climb but no balcony either. Wasn't a problem for us though as everything is so close by.

Location - perfect, everything is so close. Beach 1 min, all restaurants and etc.

The smell of apartment. There is abit of smell of toilet. Also the apartment lacks ventilation, so very humid and there are places were black mold is visible.

Fabulous location for people who like to party all night and sleep all day.. check out adjoining escape bar.. you can lie in bed and listen to their partying through the early hours.

nice set out. clean and tidy. situated perfectly for the old town.

location brillaint for couples and the old town, we needed one for the strip so just a little too far out for us. not the hosts fault ours for not checking the distance.

The ideal location in the old center of Benidorm. On the ground floor with exit directly into the alley.

The sofa in the living room has not been vacuumed for a very long time, if you are allergic/sensible to dust or mites, it is not very pleasant. in the rest cleaning was OK. If you have children and you have to wash laundry, it doesn't dry out much where the laundry rack is mounted.

Brilliant location, right in the center of the old town and very clean. We were 4 adults and 2 kids it was perfect for us. The facilities were great, washing machine, smart tv, good WiFi. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you
