We had a delicious breakfast where all waiters were very attentive. We got towels for the beach because we had none with us. Staff helped us with everything. Can totally recommend this hotel

The best hotel I've been in! The staff was absolutely exceptional! Especially the receptionist Joanna and (I hope he is) hotel manager!! Also hotel itself is wonderful, everything clean, in a good location and great breakfast served in the morning

Lovely hotel a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants, very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. They also had kids toys around to keep toddlers occupied which was greatly appreciated.

The staff was always smiling and sympatic. They were ready to help at any time, even they helped out booking the bus and the taxi to our next destination. The rooms are super clean and have all you need for the guests comfort. The breakfast was always fresh and diverse. They prepared new things every morning. I will definitely come back.

Amazing family hotel to stay. You can tell from the first minute that it is family run business and they will do everything to make your holidays perfect. The girls from reception was super helpfull, the room was sparkling clean and great equiped. I loved the choice of two pillows, one of them was memory foam. Like at home. Never saw that in any other hotel. The last night we got a bit more drinks and were late to have breakfast, but they kept the food for an extra hour for us just because I asked permission to take some croissants to the room for my friend.

Great location - close to shops, bars and restaurants. Also right next to the bus stop which is ideal when travelling to Butrint and/or Sarande. Staff were really friendly, room was comfortable and clean, pool was great and breakfast delicious. Would recommend!

the staff were so kind and helpful and just completely delightful. the breakfasts were exceptional- really really 1st Class and the whole place was so extremely clean and well run, an absolute credit to the people running it. could not have asked for more.
