Location is fantastic in the centre of Ragusa Ibla, close to all the great restaurants and tourist sites, and Cristina was really helpful at suggesting a place to park to avoid lengthy walks up and down the hills!

This ideal, central, but private location, the only location we enjoyed so much last year that we made a point of returning to in May, is steps away from the Duomo and some excellent restaurants. The manager, Cristina, is devoted to her guests’ enjoyment of this lovely hotel in a jewel of a Sicilian town. She is eager to accommodate her guests in every way, from meeting you, when you’re lost in the maze of streets, to guide you in (she had to do that for us twice!), to recommending restaurant choices and making reservations, to suggesting day-trip options and helping with parking. The rooms are lovely, modern and well appointed and the private terrace is an extra luxury. Breakfast, which you order from a selection the day before, is very nice. I can’t imagine that there’s a better place in town. Oh, and the icing on the cake, this time we got to meet baby Rocco and Cristina’s mother! Wonderful!

Amazing hotel. Wonderful sense of history and geography woven into the architecture. And the very best thing was the warmth and friendliness of Cristina, our host. She was simply wonderful- very thoughtful and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

Fantastic spacious room with a large private balcony/terrace at front. Location is right in the centre of Ragusa Ibla and we really appreciated organising taxi transfers to/from the station. We took some recommendations for dining/food which were some of the best in our Sicily trip, would definitely stay again

The accommodations were close to everything. Christina was an excellent host! There is a 2 star Michelin restaurant directly across the ‘street’ from the hotel.

Be warned that driving and parking are challenging. Only for very small cars. Have Christina direct you in if you are driving.

Perfect location in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. Christina is an excellent host. She was very helpful with finding parking, restaurant recommendations and general info. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We had a lovely time and would stay again.

Christina, the manager, was excellent. We had breakfast, which was great. We opted for 3/4 things. Instead, she produced 6/7 freshly baked local delicacies The room was gorgeous, and the bed the most comfortable of all our stay in Italy 🇮🇹 We couldn't praise it enough

Fabulous location close to Duomo di San Giorgio, Giardino Ibleo, restaurants and stores. Christina was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the old stone walls. The room was nicely designed with incredible views.

The hostess, Cristina, brought me an exceptional breakfast from food resources in the community and also made coffee and fresh orange juice for me. She wanted to be sure I would find the places I wanted to see while staying in Ragusa-Ibla.

I arrived on a Sunday and left on a Tuesday. Most stores and restaurants were closed, especially on Monday, which I hadn't anticipated. Also, my exceptional ride the airport was not so exceptional when I found out I had to pay cash and hadn't planned for that scenario!

Great room in brilliant location (Piazza Duomo yards away) looked after by lovely people. Very pleasant breakfast.

Not a dislike but just to warn visitors that a) parking is a bit of a lottery and b) the stairs are not super easy so if you have any mobility problems this probably isn't for you.

Its an amazing little hotel in a great spot and Cristina is exceptional.

The only thing to be aware of is if you are not used to Italian small streets and are in a larger car it can be difficult navigating into old Raguda. Once you get the hang of it it is fine.... just a little nerve wracking the first time.

From the start to the finish our stay was faultless. A fabulous location, all staff especially Cristina were amazing & helpful organising transfers, taxis & recommending restaurants. The room & terrace were fabulous, if we come back to Ragusa we will definitely stay here again.
