Dieses neu renovierte Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Herzen der Innenstadt von Charlottetown entfernt. Direkt an der Avenue befinden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür.
Dieser Raum befindet sich im zweiten Stock unseres Gebäudes mit Ihrem persönlichen Außeneintritt. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett und eine Ausziehcouch (Einzelbett). Wir haben eine Klimaanlage und einen Standventilator für die heißen Sommertage.
Unser Wohnzimmer und unsere Küche sind ein offenes Konzept. Die Küche ist mit einem Backofen, einem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und vieles mehr. Wir bieten unseren Gästen einen Smart-TV, Netflix und kostenloses WLAN.
Der Waschraum verfügt über eine Duschkabine sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir haben Strand- und Badetücher und ein paar kleine Extras im Bad, falls Sie zu Hause etwas vergessen.
Unser Haus ist 2 Autominuten von unserem Gebäude entfernt, sodass wir immer zur Stelle sind, wenn unsere Gäste etwas benötigen oder Fragen haben.

Hosts were wonderfully welcoming and super helpful. Property was cozy, clean, comfortable and extremely thoughtfully appointed. Everything possible to make our stay perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property. Kelli and Phillip were most accommodating. The unit was spotless, and many extras were provided throughout to make the stay that much more enjoyable. Very nice!

The apartment was very modern with all the amenities of home. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown waterfront. Hosts were very helpful and available. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion is that it would of been nice to be able to get local news and weather on cable tv.

Locations was perfect for walking to town and day trips, the space was in great shape, like new- and cozy. My adult son and his girlfriend stayed there and loved the access to the downtown but the quiet space to relax. Hosts were accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back with my husband and I. Lots of room for cooking and entertaining a few local family members, Extra pull out couch was great for lazy relaxing days in front of the tv.

We really like the apartment and it is not easy to find modern design in PEI. It was very clean and comfortable - every details was thought-through. The owners are very friendly and helpful and responsive. The localization is ok if you want to be in Charlottetown and then explore the island from there. The only thing is the bedroom that was a) too bright during the night because of street light and there are no curtains that darken it much, and b) it was noisy because it is on the main street - not much can be done, except better sound isolation. So, make sure you have cover for eyes and some noise reduction machine (luckily we had both).

The unit is newly renovated and absolutely spotless. It was very roomy for two people. We did not eat in but it looked to have ample supplies. The location was good, it is about a 15 minute walk to downtown and the harbour front. We met the hosts (at their store downstairs) and they were very friendly and helpful. What puts this rental over the top is the finishing touches. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks. They even had supplied toiletries in case we forgot anything. This place was perfect and I would highly recommend it if spending a few nights or even a week in Charlottetown.

This is a very clean and useful place to stay in downtown Charlottetown. The hosts are making sure you feel like you’re staying in a 5 stars hotel but with all the amenities of what you get at home. Really appreciated our stay. Would recommend it to my best friends.

What can I say, this is one of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed at. The finishes were lovely in the very light and airy apartment. The kitchen was perfect for the times you want to eat in & lots of nice extras in case you forgot something. A short walk to many restaurants, shopping and waterfront parks. Would highly recommend staying here you will be well taken care of.

Enjoyed the property for 4 days. The walk ability into downtown Charlottetown and Victoria park was amazing. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great place and we would stay there again when we go to island next time.

This apartment s perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Charlottetown. You can walk to town within minutes. If you chose to stay in, you have a smart TV with various options and a full kitchen to cook in.
Make sure to bring earplugs and a eye cover if traffic noise or light disturbs your ability to sleep.
Otherwise the apartment is perfect!

My husband and I had a wonderful time while staying on PEI in Elm Suite 1! Kelli and Phillip were wonderful and offered many suggestions for dinner and things to do.
The apartment was beautiful and spotless and Kelli included many little details and items in case you forgot anything from home. The washer and dryer were a great convenience since PEI was one stop on a long road trip and it saved us from having to go to a laundromat.
The apartment is conveniently located to everything in Charlottetown, A Short walk to restaurants near Victoria Row, a 2-5 min. Drive to the grocery store. We could not have asked for anything more.
I would give Kelli and Phillip and their beautifully appointed apartment 10 ⭐️‘S but the rating system only allows up to 5.

Phillip and Kelli are outstanding hosts! They are very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and check in and check out was a breeze. The location is perfect as it is a very quick walk to downtown Charlottetown. We will definitely stay here again :)

This beautiful, well stocked apartment is located within walking distance to everything you might need - restaurants, cafes, groceries and entertainment. Yet, if you choose to dine in, the kitchen is perfect for cooking in and Netflix, Crave or Amazon Prime tv await you!
Suggest bringing earplugs to drown traffic sounds if that disturbs your sleep. If you forget them, no problem, you can get 30 for $3 at the nearby Dollar Store.
All in all a fantastic place to stay in town ! 😃

Location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to harbor. Super clean. Hosts Philip and Kelly were amazing and gave us great recommendations for dining and visiting incredible beaches.

Fantastic stay
Our stay was fantastic! The property was close enough to downtown Charlottetown to be able to walk. The hosts run a shop just downstairs and are very prompt with their responses. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. The best place we stayed through our trip.

Beautiful accommodations, perfect downtown location
Hosts were fabulous from start to finish! Apartment is as advertised, well stocked and was spotless. More amenities than I could have asked for- waters in fridge, coffee pods and wine on counter, various toiletries as well as cleaning supplies and stocked laundry facilities. Our trip started out less than ideal as we were cancelled and rebooked by the airline losing a day. I let hosts know so they would know we would be late and they left a food island gift card for us that helped with my travel frustration and allowed us a lovely meal of lobster rolls at Richard’s while we were on the island! . Fantastic customer service and apartment- would absolutely stay again.

Gem of a place
We completely enjoyed our stay at The Elm #1.
The space is bright and very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is ample parking.
The location is good, with groceries and other amenities a short walk away.
The heart of the city is less than a 10 minute walk away.
Easy access to highways, and a 10 minute drive to the airport.
Our hosts, Philip and Kelli, were lovely to meet and chat with, and their boutique has a great selection of fine clothing.
