The host was wonderful - very friendly and welcoming, easy to get and return keys. She also had great suggestions for what we could do on a rainy day. The apartment was simple but clean and well equipped. Older kitchen, recently renovated bathrooms. My partner and I had the apartment to ourselves. This was a relief because we hadn't realized we were renting a room in a shared apartment and would have been very uncomfortable with the set-up (see below). We had a wonderful stay, but I'd like to suggest that the host (a delightful person!) post a clearer apartment description. I highly recommend this apartment if you can rent the whole place. Or rent a single room if you're looking to meet new people ;)

The apartment description isn't very clear, and we didn't realize that we were renting a room in a shared apartment. Our bedroom opened directly onto the shared dining area, with no separation for privacy. We also expected a private bathroom, as listed in the description. This was not the case. We had a shower room for our exclusive use (across from our bedroom, past the shared dining area). There was no toilet in this shower room or in our bedroom. Our toilet was a powder room to be shared with the other guests and was located in the middle of the apartment. Luckily there were no other guests when we were there, and we had the place to ourselves. We would have been very uncomfortable otherwise; I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy. I'd like to suggest that the description be changed to something like "Room in a shared apartment/ Habitación en apartamento compartido" and then offer the option of renting the entire apartment. Also, descriptions like "private bathroom" and "private entrance" seem a bit misleading.
