Pet friendly Eleanor the Beach Cottage
Eleanor ist unser Strandhaus, die wunderbar für altmodische Ferien ist. Es ist so konfiguriert, dass eine zweite Familie konnte sich im Erdgeschoss bleiben. Es gibt eine Walbeobachtung und Sterne gucken Dachterrasse. Der Strand von Warrain ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und sowohl Culburra Beach als auch Lake Woombomboola sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es gibt zwei Queensize-Betten und 4 Einzelbetten und ein Tagesbett. Comfy Sofas und Sessel, und Out-Door-Einstellungen auf allen 3 Ebenen.
Moderne Einrichtungen wie Espressomaschine, zwei Bäder, moderne Geschirrspüler, Gas-Kochfeld, Backofen, Heizung und Warmwasser. Es ist gut für das Kochen, unterhaltsam und Urlaubsaktivitäten ausgestattet. Wir haben eine offene Pantry-Anlage, so dass Sie nicht alles von zu Hause mitbringen müssen.
Der Garten ist komplett für Cricket, Fußball und andere Sommersportarten begrünt. Es ist komplett eingezäunt und gut für Haustiere und Kinder.
Culburra ist ein ruhiges und verschlafenes Dorf, das zum Glück die Zeit fast vergessen hat.
Zu den Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zählen Surfen, Schnorcheln, Angeln, Windsurfen, Kanufahren, Segeln, Golfen, Schwimmen, Buschwandern und Kochen der wunderbaren frischen Meeresfrüchte und landwirtschaftlichen Produkte.

This house was perfect for our short stay. Close access to different beaches and ocean glimpses. It’s got a nice beach holiday atmosphere and a good layout.

We really loved the house. It is furnished in an eclectic and interesting manner. Short walk to beach. We also visited other beaches in the area like Callala and Currarong. The mattress was a bit hard for us but that is personal taste. We would come again.

We enjoyed our stay at Eleanor, it was clean & very comfortable. The kitchen was very good and made it easy to make our meals in. The view from the balcony and sea breeze were a welcome relief from the hot weather.

This is a great house for a family, including fur baby, and we loved our stay here. We loved the loungeroom and balcony with views of the sea, plus the retro feel of the house. Plus the tv room downstairs for the kids was great so we could relax upstairs with our books. The kitchen is well set up and two bathrooms was a bonus. We highly recommend this holiday house and can’t wait until we can stay again.

We came for 4 nights during school holidays with two children and the dog. Eleanor was such a comfortable stay, all amenities covered. Excellent location, close to two gorgeously wild beaches and the lake. We were left imagining how fantastic it would be on a sunny day! The kids loved the secret roof top garden, sadly we only ducked up briefly between showers. The back garden with its swing was highly inviting and would be excellent for small kids to kick a ball around, but again the inclement weather limited our use. The garden is fenced but not enclosed so the dog still needed close supervision.
Saw dolphins from the beach, enjoyed dinner at Culburra bowling club, oysters at Greenwell point and a dolphin cruise from Huskisson. I would recommend the Bay and Basin leisure centre in Vincentia if you’re stuck in wet weather with small children, it’s a brilliant kid-friendly pool with a flume slide.
Communication with our host was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here- house had everything we needed. Due to rain, we couldn’t use the driveway or yard as it was too muddy.

Eleanor is a beautiful, homely holiday house with everything you could wish for on a short holiday - or a long one. It has a distinctly personal feel and the furnishings make it feel like home. It is situated in the perfect spot a few moments walk from two beaches and the lake. Our dogs loved the long walks and swimming and were more than happy to make Eleanor home for the few days we were there... as was our 8 year old human child.
