smelled bad , our sink pipe leaked

We checked in at 5:30pm and the room wasn’t even ready. when you stay for a week your supposed to get your room cleaned once during your stay. Our room was never cleaned one time while we were there. no clean sheets or towels. One of the burner’s didn’t even work. I opened the medicine cabinet and the entire thing fell off of the wall onto my shoulder. Therefore I had to make a trip to the hospital. I have a contusion to my shoulder. They did nothing to try to compensate me for the problem. Two day’s later they came in and put the medicine cabinet back up. I never used it after that for fear of it falling back down on me. I contacted corporate office and I guess we’ll see what happens from there. personally I would never stay there again!

There was construction going on in the entire hotel the whole 2 weeks we been here which I get it they gotta do it except the workers stayed all night hammering and shouting drinking in the halls with music blaring come to our room and proped open 9ir door around 9 at night to do the carpet it's stated they work 9 to 6 and the smoke alarm went off 3 days in a row at 6 or 7 a.m. it was the worst stay ever and I got absolutely no sleep and it's also posted for 249.99 a week but some how end up paying 383

The bed is very poor not comfortable at all. I can not sleep almost 12 days properly. The mattress should be changed immediately.

The only set back was that they don't do late night check ins. And dont check in on Sundays. Flight arrived at 1am and they couldn't accommodate us. However once checked in I was very happy about the room. Modest yet clean and self contained. It seems some renovation has taken place. Comfortable stay at a reasonable rate! It's right across the street from a mini plaza /strip mall and pizzeria.

That the don't do check ins after a 7 pm and are completely closes on Sundays. Well not to guests obviously.

Everything worked. Its decent for the money.

The fire alarms going off at 6am. Only two rolls of toilet paper for a whole week. Table and chairs were broke.
