Nothing. I had to reclean the floors and wipe dust off. Stain sink.

The staff. I'm disabled. I have a trained service animal. I did exactly what was required of me by announcing of my service animal and asking 3 ppl where do they want me to email the medical care paperwork. And the animals medical registration. The front desk gave me an email and took Mt payment and gave me a room. The dog is similar a wheelchair. If i couldnt walk, would your hotel deny me access to stay at your establishment. It is against the law to wrongfully evict a handicap, who had followed every procedure to your establishment and throw me out on the streets. I plan to make it a issue how this specific establishment wrongly discriminates against disabled people. Its not my responsibility to train these employees to know the proper means of dealing with this. I had just paid for a another week and the took my money. Now, I'm being forced out in 4 hours and they are keeping my payment that they accepted yesterday

The room was filthy as well as had roaches. Was told it was upgraded room but it look like it had been built in the 90s. Things are broken Or didn’t work. We moved to a different room and it was a little bit better but he still was not clean. The outside of the building at walkway is beyond dirty.

Its very peaceful and people very courtous- staff and guests both.

No complaints, even as a smoker I feel its best to do it outside. I will recommend this location for sure.

The front desk people were great! I mean, attentive,pleasant, personally well groomed, an absolute pleasure to deal with! My room key wouldnt work for some reason, but the gentleman helped me get in and made sure I could lock it before he left. Overall, I truly felt safe and appreciated the whole time I was there.

The linens were tattered, (burn holes). It would have been nice to have a more comfortable chair or love seat to sit on.
