Hoch aufragende Decken im Familienzimmer mit einem 30 cm langen Esstisch, an dem die ganze Familie Platz findet. 4 Schlafzimmer an gegenüberliegenden Enden des Hauses mit Versammlungsräumen in der Mitte. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Trex-Deck in voller Länge mit Feuerstelle, zusätzlichem Essbereich unter der Decke und Liegestühlen ohne Bezug zum Sonnenbaden. Gameroom und Kartentisch im Erdgeschoss gehen zu einem anderen Trex-Deck mit Sektionsbestuhlung. Übergroße Doppel-Master-Suiten, jeweils mit Kingsize-Betten, zwei Waschbecken und Duschen. Der Golfwagenweg führt Sie hinunter zum 30 Fuß langen, überdachten Trex-Dock, das sich hervorragend zum Schwimmen eignet.

Property Manager/Owner was absolute great to communicate with and extremely responsive. Amazing kitchen and dining area, great open deck spaces and perfect basement setting for the kids. The covered slip dock is just icing on the cake!

Beautiful home with private dock on Norris Lake near Springs Dock Marina. Home was very clean! We loved all the games! Host communicated with prompt replies to all our concerns.

We loved everything about this property. House was very clean. Furniture was nice and comfortable. All beds were amazing. Many fun things to do in the house or swimming out by the dock was great too! Loved having the boat dock there so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Will definitely return!

The house and owners are amazing! This house worked for a wide range of ages (9-70+). We had a wonderful stay; the house was great (the pictures do not completely do it justice)! The owners were even better - checking in to make sure everything was smooth with our arrival and that we were setup. When I had a specific question or two, they were super-responsive!

We loved everything about this home. The size was perfect for our extended family. It is well maintained and very well appointed. We did not lack for one thing. The owner is easy to communicate with and will help in any way. We liked the quiet setting of the dock for swimming and fishing and privacy. We hope to return.

Excellent house, excellent hosts and communication. Clean, beautiful, well equipped home. Steep walk to dock, however did not interfere with our happiness or fun. Loved the house so much! Beautiful area directly across from Springs Dock Marina with Deerfield Marina around the corner. Would stay again!

Rented this house for a gathering our boat club has on the lake. The covered boat slip was very nice and handy to have. House was stunning, the game room was very nice and got used a ton. The covered deck was so nice, it rained all of one of the days and we were still able to sit out there the whole time. Absolutely great place!

Josh’s place is incredible. The home is brand new, with the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor spaces. Could probably sleep 12-15 depending on kids/adults and has plenty to do without leaving the property.
Every little amenity was thought out - paper towels, Grill tools, seasonings; everything you can think of was provided. Close proximity to Deerfield Golf, Tiki Marina, and market for refreshments. Will absolutely plan to be back!

The house is well designed with two main bedrooms with en-suites (one on each floor) and two additional bedrooms with a full bath. Main floor is very open with lots of outdoor light. Nice to have a half bath on the main floor. Decks are very spacious and well appointed. Kitchen is very functional and well equipped with lots of counter space and storage. Owner was attentive, making sure we arrived, could access the house and we had everything we needed. No complaints with this house.

What a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. Was fun having the game room. Walk down to the boat ramp is brutal, but we didn’t really need to go down there. Loved all the deers we saw. House was SO beautiful and clean. Would be fun to stay there in the summer to play on the lake.

Weekend getaway with friends and family. Beautiful, clean house in a quiet, peaceful spot with a great view of the lake and lots of deer to watch. We golfed at Deerfield, went to the Tiki Bar, tasted wine at the Chapman Hill winery, and rented a boat at Springs Dock. We watched football on the big screens, grilled out, and swam in the lake. Perfect weekend… thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Plenty of space. The kitchen was huge with everything you need except toaster was broken. Nice large deck for meals outside. Only concern with this property is the steep walk down. We chose it because there were no steps but the combo of steep and sharp curves with no railings is dangerous for children and those who may have had a few drinks.

We had a great stay! House was perfect. Owner was helpful with questions we had. Super accommodating. The ramp is steep but we’ve stayed at other houses where we’ve climbed over 250+ steps and this was much more do-able! Thank you and hope to come back next year.

The walk way down to the boat dock is very steep, please be careful. The driveway is steep to get in/out as is all of them in the area. House was good additional beds are just mattresses on the floor for the kids. Good stay overall

The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was impeccably clean, and everything was exactly as pictured. The lake is warm and wonderful and the house is close to tons of lakeside restaurants and activities. Josh was so attentive and willing to answer every question/request that we had. He even checked in with me multiple times when he hadn't heard from me for a few days. I know a lot of people have mentioned the walk up from the dock, and while steep, it is totally doable if you take your time (I am a big person that is very out of shape and it was fine as long as I took it slow).

Great property!
The house was exactly as described. Nice open floor plan and great location close to several marinas. The house is tucked back so boat traffic to the marina did not cause a problem. The owner was very accessible and texted to check in several times. Would recommend!

Great location, comfy accommodations and very attentive hosts!
We had an amazing trip to the lake with friends. Very roomy and comfortable furnishings and outdoor space. The location was perfect, close to Springs & Tiki docks. Scott was super attentive when we needed a few things we couldn’t locate in the house.

As always we had a great time on Norris Lake and this property was perfect for our family. The view is great from the deck and because is in a cove kids could swim. House was super clean!

Perfect location and beautiful home!
We absolutely loved our family trip with our 5 twenty-something kids and a few of their significant others. Our group of 9 slept very comfortably. The house is beautiful, well stocked and furnished. Love the kitchen table that could seat 20 people and the outdoor living space with ample seating too. Great location close to jumping bridge and fun Tiki Hut restaurant. Host was excellent communicator. Thank you for sharing your special place with our family. We will definitely be back!

Owners were great, house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the boat dock was difficult, but we managed. If you have older people it could be a problem.

Amazing Property and Weekend
The property is absolutely beautiful. It is a well-maintained home that has everything needed to enjoy your time at the lake. The pictures are great. We slept 14 on the property. The host is extremely curious and attentive to anything you may need. It is a very easy and straight-forward stay. We had an amazing weekend here in their quiet cove. We would comeback in a heartbeat and would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone.

Terrific Getaway!
We had a wonderful time here. The house was immaculate and spacious, Josh was an attentive host. The pictures of the home are very accurate. Could not have asked for a better stay! Our needs were more than met and the cleaning service used for the home is very thorough.

Beautiful house!
We rented this house for our entire family and it was absolutely beautiful!! The house is stunning, and it’s so open! The kitchen table was perfect for all of us! We could all fit at the huge table and eat together!! The decks are huge and so nice to sit on every evening after being out on the lake all day! Everything works great and the beds are very comfortable!! The owner communicates constantly asking if he needs to do anything or if there is anything we needed!! We came down earlier and wasn’t planning on being able to get into the house earlier but we were able to and he kept in contact with us the whole time to let us know when the house was ready! Everyone says the concrete is very steep to the dock and it is steep, we had someone in a wheelchair get down it though so we didn’t have to much trouble with it! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone thinking about staying!!

Gorgeous home!
Had a great 5 days spent at this gorgeous home! The deck is a showstopper as it is as wide as the house and has an amazing view! The house was set up perfectly for families and entertainment. Will definitely be back next summer! 5 stars all the way!

Very difficult to get to water & boat. Water heater was too small for amount of people. Air units were pre set. Many other small issues. Will not be back

This beautiful spacious house was perfect for a large group trip to the lake! The location is perfectly close to the winery, tiki bar, & marina. Every person in our group loved this house & trip, highly recommend!

Awesome location! Cove is great for swimming and fishing!!! House was clean, and well kept.
The decks offer beautiful views and you can see kids swimming from above. The big dinner table is great for Fam and friends to gather after long days on the lake!! Awesome place
