Alle nodige faciliteiten. Goeie airco die niet gericht is op het bed. Zowel de vrouwelijke manager als haar medewerker waren uitzonderlijk vriendelijk. Ze anticipeerden op mijn vragen met goeie en correcte info. Ze regelden een vroege boot. Ze regelden nog een express laundry. Ik kon mijn kamer kiezen en kon dus een rustige kamer ver van de straat en het zwembad kiezen. De kamers zijn toe (geen gaten in het raamwerk) dus vrij goed geluidsisolerend. Goed bed. Ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Eenvoudig maar heerlijk visrestaurant naast de deur. Leuke buurt ook om ‘‘s avonds nog iets te gaan drinken. Je ziet er de vissers en visverkopers. Er zijn vele restaurantjes. Prijs kwaliteit een topper!

The owners and staff are the most friendly people, they went out of their way to look after us, the rooms are lovely and air con was great. Lovely little seating area outside the rooms where you can sit and have a beer and chill out. We had one of the staff as a driver for the day and he was brilliant, taking us to all the places we wanted to see and then taking us to a lovely restaurant before heading back to the homestay. I would recommend this lovely little homestay. Close to local food places and a short taxi ride to western restaurants

What a wonderful 2-week stay at this lovely Homestay! Loved the daily room cleaning, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and owners, loved the little pool - just big enough for much needed cool-downs from hot temperatures and a lovely view outside my room too.

Amy is a pocket rocket. Cannot do enough for you to make your stay exceptional. Amy organised our tickets for the fast boat to Gilli Island. They also drove us there in the morning. They offered advice about what and where to eat. Our seafood lunch and dinner from the local places were delicious. Our breakfast was fresh and included in the price. The room and pool was incredibly clean. It’s a little oasis in a very dirty harbour.

The property itself was exceptional. The harbour and all around Serangan is incredibly dirty. We stayed here to be close to the fast boat in the morning. It is the perfect venue to do that.

Lovely garden with a pool, they were fully booked but you couldn't tell. Breakfast was lovely.

The room was not sound proof and you could hear every single noise. If you're a light sleeper maybe consider another place. The way the main door in the room is designed, it allows mosquitos to enter, we had about 6 mosquitos in the room and it wasn't a pleasant situation. The bathroom could use some extra shelving units to be able to place your toiletries.

Really good location to stay in if you are using the harbour to travel to Nusa or Gili. The hosts are very kind. They even helped take me to the harbour in the morning to catch the boat.

Great communication with owner prior before arrival, easy to message on booking.com. Collected us from airport and took us to the boat in the morning. The room was just what we needed for a quick night, clean and had air con.

Gorgeous little homestay. Beautiful pool and even more beautiful owners. Set back off the main street, it has privacy, with a few great restaurants out the front. 20 minute walk to port to catch the ferry. Airport transfer was super helpful as well.

Close to the port so we could get the ferry to Gilli Islands early. Great staff. We came straight from the airport and arrived late but we’re met by staff and welcomed.

Calm and friendly place

Nothing - maybe except for the nearby school starting at 7am 😅. A little bit far from the inner city (Kuta, Sanur…) but it didn’t bother me. Grab is an excellent service, and you always have a car within 6-7 minutes.

These hosts are really amazing and were so helpful with breakfast offered the moment you emerge from your room to assisting with connections to ferries and even little motor scooter rental! Water and other refreshments were within 50 feet of your room, real customer service from the days of old. This place is a little oasis with a pool and small social area that was a wonderful respite from the very active Bali street scene. In this case the hosts and their willingness to serve were amazing, little things like dry cleaning just kind of happened effortlessly! Thanks to them and their staff for a great visit!

There is a TV, but it is not connected to the antenna. I hope that the owner of the hotel will see this text and this problem will be fixed in the future. TV problem will not affect my rating. I want to give the highest rating - 10 points.
