Rachael’s property is one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in. True to description and photos. Great for two families, there is plenty of space. Very clean and well presented. Had a couple of questions and always quick to respond. Close walk to Jones Beach. Would love to stay here again

Our annual girls weekend for Christmas in July, the property was beautiful and clean, well decorated, and the owner left us a few little treats. Such a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this home for a beach stay. The views were amazing, also saw dolphins from the deck. Water views from the hot tub. Bliss.

Efficient booking process. I wanted to increase our stay by an extra night which was done efficiently. Stayz called this ‘a bed’ which is incorrect. I feel our extra night should be described as an extra night. Rachael Jones was very helpful and kind

The home has stunning ocean views and is a short walk to Jones Beach. It was furnished with an eclectic mix of interesting and comfortable pieces. The host has excelled in including everything guests would need (magazines, coffee machine, cosy rugs, binoculars for whale watching) to feel at home. We were a group of seven adults and felt well accommodated.

Pictures don't do the property justice. Large house, great location, very clean perfect holiday house. It has everything you could possibly need and the views of Jones Beach are breathtaking. Easy access down to your own private beach and short stroll to Minnamurra Point Lookout. The house can accommodate 2 seperate families as it has both private outdoor access and an inside access to downstairs. The outside hot tub was perfect after a swim at the beach. Highly Recommended. A great house which could comfortably sleep the 8 of us. The effective layout meant we had enough personal and shared space, making us all feel very comfortable. The hottub was a nice addition, with a great view. The only real issue was that the stove top fan wasn't working, which wasn't desirable, how ever It didn't ruin the experience

This is one of the best locations on the coast. The house is large, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The outdoor spa was a welcome bonus with an exceptional outlook. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful spacious house with breath taking ocean view! My friends and I loved the hot tub with view and we especially enjoyed relaxing in it with a glass of champagne. Rachel is very accommodating and friendly and we would recommend anybody to stay here!

Great location and views, well stocked with everything you need for a family getaway. The downstairs rooms were a little average and disappointing, and heaps of noise from upstairs... overall still OK and location and views made up for the downstairs for a short stay

Lovely property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. A stones throw to the beach. Perfect for families or groups.

Our group had such a relaxing break. Rachel was so easy to deal with and the house was set up perfectly. We loved our walks along the beach and up in the hills. We wish the downstairs outside area had a light to enjoy the spa at night to prolong being able to enjoy the waterfront views! 5 star stay

We had an amazing time there. It is a great space to support any activities, from lazing into the spa,chatting by the chimney to taking long walks at the beach or trying to spot whales from the balcony. We highly recommend that property. And can't wait for the next opportunity to spend another weekend there.

The house had everything we needed and more plus an ideal location for swimming surfing boating paddling walking and golfing.

We spent a week at this great property with a group of 4 young families. The location was superb and the property as described. The beds were all comfortable. The AC was great on hot days. And we were there through the new years bushfires and felt comfortable and safe. To watch the kids at the beach from the deck was great and they enjoyed the hot tub. The beach is patrolled. The kids went fishing and caught a good size bream right off the rocks in front of the house. Not having to lug all your gear to and from the beach was great due to how close it is you can even leave your towel at home and off you go. Rachel was fantastic with communication and very flexible and helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. The proximity to the local shops was great, cafe, supermarket, GP, chemist. One of our family had an ear infection during our stay and the local gp fitted them right in and couldnt have been more helpful. I highly recommend Rachel and her property you won't be disappointed.
