Gianni was quick to respond and very helpful. He welcomed us with a gift and mapped out places for us to go.
The appartment was very secure and large with lift access and air conditioning.

The owner of the property was really nice. He welcomed us on time. Then, he showed us on a map which places are the best to visit or eat at. In addition the apartment has a large balcony that has a really nice garden to look at below.

The apartment is situated amongst all the major sites and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could ever need in regards to your stay and Gianni the host could not be more helpful. Nothing was a problem for him. And all his food and tourist recommendations were excellent.

Beautiful, huge, and elegant apartment with high ceilings and multiple balconies. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Florence. Easy walk to all attractions yet quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Perfect stay in a lovely apartment.

Wow! All the charm and elegance you could hope for with an amazing location in the heart of Florence! During our 4 day stay, we walked to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and many of the other main sights and attractions without having to take any taxis. You could also walk to the train station which if about 5-10 minutes away. If security is a concern, this apartment has 4 doors that need to be opened to access the apartment. We felt extremely safe! Although the apartment is on the 1st floor ( 1 flight of stairs), there was a spacious elevator which makes carrying your luggage very easy. This property is very large! From the long corridor upon your entry into the apartment, to the two bedrooms and incredible living room. You also have a balcony to the courtyard in the back with access from 3 different rooms overlooking a beautiful garden. The is a second balcony off the kitchen which was great for dinning and finding shade throughout the day. The two bathrooms were spacious and perfectly equipped. I also can’t thank the staff enough for accommodating an extra person at the last minute!! If this rental is available… take it!!!!
The lock on the door to the back patio in the smaller bedroom may need to be replaced / fixed as they we difficult to lock, but in saying this, I really can’t think of anything else to complain about.

Gianni, our host, was fantastic. He was super accommodating and also gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see in Florence. The apartment was spacious and very clean and the location was very convenient to the train station and local attractions.

Gianni, the host, give us some very nice attention at the arrival, and give us some very nice tips for restaurants, the best ice cream and nice areas.

Giovanni was amazing! greeted us upon arrival and had a complimentary bottle of wine, water, and soda which was great to refuel after travel. the property was gorgeous and more than ample! there was an outdoor terrace overlooking a courtyard as well as a patio. lovely property! if you’re staying in Florence this is an amazing pick! very glad we went here instead of staying in Bologna!

There are many reasons why this is a great choice for two couples. Location: It is close to Santa Maria Novella and convenient for all of Florence sites. Service: We arrived late on a cold rainy day and having notified the owner, Jani met us by him and introduced us fully to the apartment, explaining how to use the appliances. There are two bedrooms, one larger with closet space and the other with closet space in the hallway. There is an eat-in kitchen as well as a dining area and a large living room, 2 full sofas and a dining room table. The 4 security point system is a bit complicated. The temperature was perfect and the ambiance quiet and welcoming. The apartment is on the first floor (elevator available), but stairs were convenient too. Grocery store and pharmacy nearby.
It would be more practical to have two sets of keys.

This place was perfect. Beautifully decorated, great location and had everything we could possibly need. The host was so nice and gave us a bottle of wine and sweets. He gave us a map where he circled the best places to visit and eat. I really loved the old fashioned lift too!
The only fault was my shower door was a bit stiff so I cut my arm trying to open it.

This apartment is in an excellent location being near to the station and main sights in Florence. It has a large, very modern interior and is well equipped. Gianni welcomed us and provided all the information we needed to find our way around.

This apartment is lovely. Beautiful high ceilings with huge doors and windows. Lots of light. Windows overlook a lovely garden. The location is perfect. The host was wonderful and super informative. The host's attention to detail was highly appreciated. Like a bottle of wine, soap for the kitchen and washing machine, maps of Florence. Our host also gave us some lovely tips for Restaurants and places to visit. Great Wifi connection. Very nice and would definitely book again. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Our host did not live on the property so we had to be very very accurate on timing of getting to the apartment to meet so that he could hand over the keys.
Please note that there is no parking with this apartment. We used the parking garage that was 50 meters away from the apartment as advised by our host. Beware the parking prices are super high, as it is the middle of Florence. Anyway we booked the garage for 3 nights, but were told only once we had handed over our car, that we could not use our car during those 3 days as the car was taken to another site to be stored. My husband was a bit upset about this. Also note they charge double on the make of your car.
I have to also say that the neighbours are super loud in this apartment block. You can hear every word they say. But on a lighter note, I found it quite charming living the Italians loud and passionate ways of life.

Huge 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms. 2nd room a little small but lounge massive. Great location, 5 mins from train station.
Host was so helpful with suggestions where to eat and visit… all perfect and plenty of kitchen space and equipment if you want to eat in… lounge area was outstanding. 1st floor. So much space, definitely return.
Outside area could have been cleaned and suggest fake Ivy as surrounded by other internal walls.

This place was amazing. We stayed here for 3 nights with 6 people. it’s a 2 bedroom place but the lounge room where the sofa bed is, was pretty much a bedroom itself as it had doors to close it off and wasn’t connected to the kitchen or anything. It so, so, so spacious, I was stunned at how big this apartment was. The location was great and only a 10-15 minute walk to most landmarks. The hosts were amazing and gifted us a bottle of wine. Very easy access and a very comfortable/ clean apartment. If we are ever back in Florence I would definitely stay here again! So impressed!!

The location of the apartment was excellent - in the old city center and yet very quiet because it faces a beautiful garden with trees. It is very large, sparkling clean, full of light and sunny, beautifully arranged with modern furniture. You can find there everything you need to spend even a longer period of time. The landmark building has a lot of character and an old fashion working lift. Our host Gianni welcomed me there with a bottle of excellent Chianti and shared useful information about the city. He remained in contact throughout our stay, always ready to assist. No assistance was needed as everything worked perfectly. My stay in Florence and the apartment will remain with me as one of the most beautiful trips and accommodations I have ever had. Thank you Gianni and Barbara! :-)

The location is very well located.
Soap in the showers would have been good. Coffee and tea in the kitchen would have been good. The area has mosquitos so having a warning and possibly citronella candles would have been good so that we did not leave the windows open.
