Everything. Beautiful apartment, great views, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We’ve been travelling through Spain for over 2 months and this was easily best place we’ve stayed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, the furniture and fittings were modern and looked new. The touches such as provision of bottled water in the fridge, laundry products for the washing machine and coffee with the coffee machine made the visit so comfortable. prime location, great view from the balcony and Francisco was responsive to queries and could not have helped more. 100% recommend this accommodation and will be returning for sure.

It was on the top floor and thus couldn’t cool down even during the night, had to sleep with air-con on

Good communication with hosts , easy check-in and check-out, on-site parking, very bright and good size apartment, fantastic view from the balcony (6th floor), true to the pictures on the website. We would stay there again if back in Almunecar.

Everything was as we expected. The view was stunning!

We stayed two nights in the apartment, Friday and Saturday. On both of the nights, there was a very loud concert and disco party on the square, just below our apartment. Until very late in the morning, 4.30 am the music was still so unbearable loud that it felt like they are playing right next to our bed.

That was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! Recently renovated, super clean, beautiful ocean view, well located & the hosts were very helpful! It was a big space & you literally have anything you might need during your stay. We felt at home.

Pre arrival communication was excellent. Help in booking airport taxi transfers was very efficient. The apartment was spotless with good quality fixtures, fittings and kitchen equipment. Nothing was too much trouble for Francisco

Absolutely stunning luminous spacious studio apartment. Extremely well renovated with much thought to give you everything you need during your stay. Kitchen with alI mod cons. Everything feels completely brand new, it was spotless. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The terrace and views are amazing. The bathroom is large with a huge walk in shower 🚿. Shower gel, shampoo and even hair conditioner provided in a container on the shower wall. Also a Bosch washing machine and even the little washing machine capsules too. Francisco and Jose are really lovely people, very chilled out. They appear to do the cleaning themselves which is done to an impeccable standard. Having stayed in Almuñecar on numerous occasions I'd never considered the high rise Chinasol building but I'm so glad we did. Best place we've stayed there. Especially on a winter stay it was so warm because our studio was south facing and we had the sun from 10am until 5.30pm on those last days of December. Plus they are very dog friendly. My dog loved his view from the terrace. We are going back next week for 5 nights. Perfect 🥰 11 out of 10! Thank you so much Francisco y Jose

The view is simply spectacular. The bathroom is luxurious, with an excellent walk-in shower. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are only a few steps away, and it's easy to find parking.

We liked everything. No complaints!

The hallways outside of the apartment could be renovated, carpets renewed

- great view and location close to all local amenities - clean bathroom and main living space - you can also use the swimming pool located in the building if you don't fancy the sea - all kitchen basics are there

- building itself is old and tatty - nothing to do with the apartment but you do have to walk through it many times a day potentially - some beach towels would have been handy in addition to the normal towels for the bathroom

We really liked the spacious apartment at Chinasolymar, with an excellent view of the beach and the sea. It was awesome waking up with such a view every day; the location is super. The apartment itself is spacious, has a good kitchen, suitable for cooking. The apartment had all amenities necessary for a great stay, including a washing machine. It was also super clean! WI-FI speed was great as well. The hosts (Fernando and Marina) were very kind and helpful. We had a small problem with the shower that they helped resolve to our satisfaction!

While the apartment we stayed in was great, the Chinasolymar building the apartment is located in is dated (elevator squeaky, old carpet) and very noisy. We had neighbors who left the door open while being drunk and you could clearly hear them. So bring earplugs!

Location,Francisco and his daughter were excellent. Not often you come across an apartment that needs nothing extra to make for a great stay.Garage was a huge plus for us.Restaurant recommendations were all good.Well done,be back for a longer stay next time.
